The Shadowbrook condos have an amazing location offering ski-in/out access to Snowmass Mountain. The location, right off of the Fanny Hill ski trail, allows for incredibly convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and all the great shops and restaurants in Snowmass Base Village and Mall. Guests enjoy the spacious accommodations, beautiful amenities and the ease of accessing all that Snowmass has to offer year-round.
Unit 405 is one of the larger units in the Shadowbrook complex. Your group will appreciate the living room if you want to spread out and the open concept living room, kitchen and dining area when you want to enjoy the company of your traveling companions. The furnishings provide wonderful nooks to unwind with a book, comfortable sectional sofas and plenty of dining spots for a large shared meal or a quick snack. This multi-level condo features 2 bedrooms on the upper level and a bedroom, bathroom, living area and kitchenette on the lower level. Two bedrooms have en-suite baths for added privacy and all bedrooms feature a flat screen TV. The downstairs living room sofa pulls out to a bed offering an additional sleeping space.
Guests staying in this condo will enjoy the mountain side seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs just steps away. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain or spend some time on your patio while you grill your dinner and enjoy an apres ski/hike beverage. There is a complimentary parking spot for one vehicle directly in front of the downstairs condo door, adding to the convenience of this condo. All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.

Lovely condo - perfect ski vacation! Location is right near the Village, easy to get to the mall, and ski in/out, hot tub. All the amenities you need. Property management stayed in touch the entire time and was very responsive to inquiries. Would definitely go back!

What a great experience! The ski in/ski out feature was so convenient for our group of six adults. Everyone could begin and end their day at their choosing. This unit is steps away from the pool and TWO hot tubs which provided easy accessibility. The gas grill and laundry facilities were both greatly appreciated by our group. The beds were comfortable and having three full baths was great! The main gathering area/family room had plenty of space and seating for us to play games every night. And, the hosts could not have been better with their communications to us.

I don’t often leave reviews, as there is often something wrong with a vacation rental. This was perfect down to the details. Comfortable beds, pretty views, large bathrooms, well stocked kitchen with lots of dishes…even good size bowls and coffee cups. Comfortable living areas with nice couches and chairs that you will enjoy relaxing in after a day of outdoor adventures. ITrip is great. Nice stock of basic supplies too. We will definitely book with them again and would happily recommend to anyone.
