Basic but fair value

Fair value for money and close to the station

Very basic room, no kettle etc (though this was clear prior tobooking). Bed had a mattress too big for the frame which made it a little uncomfortable

If we stay in Ventimiglia next time we will choose this hotel again.

The room was very spacious and clean. We traveled in a hot weather so the room with a refrigerator was very helpful. The owner was very kind.

We didn’t notice there was a late check in fee when we booked. Otherwise it was a very comfortable stay.

Great value, clean and fabulous location.

The location was excellent, a short walk to the market, beach, old town and railway station. The fridge was really useful as were the basic cooking facilities and equipment. Excellent air conditioning. Very secure, on the first floor of a commercial block, with communal facilities, including a washing machine.

The bath and shower requires a mat to avoid slipping and the room has obviously housed smokers.

A good base for Ventimiglia

The location is ACE 👍🏼 Easy access to the historic centre of Ventimiglia, the beaches of Le Calandre and Miramare, the new town and the train station. Communication with the proprietor is great and he’s very quick to respond and give suggestions. The kitchenette in the double room we had was handy although it would be very helpful to have a microwave as well. The bed was very comfortable and and I personally loved the firm pillows. I also liked our room, number 4, faced the courtyard rather than the street so there was zero street noise. I also really liked the amount of towels provided: good quality and large. Finally the room itself is spacious, and has high ceilings, as does the bathroom. Also the AC works GREAT which is a huge relief in the heat and humidity of the summer. Wifi is also excellent.

Just that our own door rattled every time another door in the hallway opened and closed. You can hear suitcases rattling outside when people depart. The shower is temperamental so be forewarned: it can go from hot to cold quickly and randomly, but then goes back to normal. Would have been nice to have a few kitchen sundries as well like paper towels and some cooking ingredients but not a deal-breaker (randomly, there was a HUGE box of salt in the cupboard).

Very good place.

The room description says there is a kitchen, but the kitchen only consists of a table and a fridge. We had to ask for extra teapot and cups. During the entire visit, no garbage was removed. The room is dark, the window does not open.

Renovared place, very clean, close to the center, confortable and pleasant We also had a little kitchen that was very helpfull. Great option for a family with children.

Comfortable stay in Ventimiglia

Check-in was quick and easy, and staff were quick to respond over WhatsApp if we needed anything. Our room was comfortable and we were able to use the kitchen and washing machine.

It would be helpful to have some more utensils and equipment in the kitchen.

Fabulous

The room was clean and big and the nice airconditioning was very welcome during these summer days. Nearby the beach and therefore an ideal place to stay for a couple of nights during summer.

L’host molto gentile e disponibile.

Appartamento o stanza molto piccolo, nell’androne e nelle scale un forte odore di fogna, riecheggiante anche nel piccolissimo bagno, la tv non funzionante, la cucina vecchia e anch’essa molto molto piccola, non è possibile nemmeno stare con le finestre aperte in quanto la struttura in una posizione strategica e molto trafficata, fortunatamente vi è il condizionatore che permette di stare almeno freschi.

Bon accueil.

Grande chambre, confortable.L'hote très à disposition autant avant votre arrivée que sur place si besoin. Il m'a aménagé un petit coin " cuisine " alors que la chambre n'en disposait pas😉. Un minimum, juste de quoi prendre un p'tit déj et un micro-ondes, pour 3 jours c'était très bien 🤗.

Portes du couloir anciennes du coup un peu bruyantes. Mais bonne isolation par rapport à la rue. Une chaîne de film (genre netflix) pour les voyageurs solo et qui ne parlent pas italien comme moi🤣, ça peut être utile.
