Excellent place for Europa-Park visit.

A very nice apartment located in the basement, but with windows in every room so it still feels bright and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. Great location — just a 9-minute drive to Europa-Park and Rulantica. There are three supermarkets and a DM store within walking distance. Also an excellent area for running and biking, with plenty of nearby trails.

The host doesn't speak English, so come prepared with translation. Wifi signal could be better. It's not the only apartment in the house, so you can have some noisy neighbors.

Koud ontvangst. Geen 4 sterren waard helaas :-(

De locatie is prima en vrij rustig gelegen. Vele winkels dichtbij zoals Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Takko, koffietentjes. Appartement zelf is erg ruim wat wel fijn is. Voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Europapark/ Rulantica is om 10 minuten rijafstand van het appartement. De accomodatie heeft zeker potentie en voldoet deels aan mijn verwachtingen.

Het ontvangst was zeer kil en onbeleefd. Ik had van te voren een verzoek gedaan voor een vroegere check in, tussen 11-12 uur. Dat verzoek was via de app gehonoreerd. Echter toen we daar aankwamen, kregen we in eerste instantie geen toegang tot de accomodatie en wilde de eigenaresse ons absoluut niet binnen laten. (De eigenaren spreken enkel Duits). Ze gaf aan dat een vroegere check in nooit bij hun mogelijk is, vanwege de tijd die ze nodig hebben om het appartement gereed te maken voor de volgende. Ook begrijpelijk, echter wel vreemd dat het verzoek wél was goedgekeurd. Nadat ik vroeg of we dan op z'n minst de koffers mochten achterlaten om later op de dag terug te komen, mocht dat uiteindelijk wel. We kregen een klachten over wat vorige huurders zouden hebben gedaan. Dat maakte dat wij het gehele verblijf op ons tenen aan 't lopen waren. Bang om te veel lawaai te maken en bang om iets te gebruiken. Wat betreft het appartement; er missen wat keukenspullen zoals een vergiet. Een rolletje keukenrol is prettig om te hebben. Het koffiezetapparaat is een ouderwetse filterapparaat. Als je daarvan houdt, dan is dat prima. Koffiefilters zijn aanwezig. Een nachtlampje bij het bed zou prettig zijn en eventueel een extra lamp in de woonkamer. Een badmatje om overtollig water bij het bad en de douchecabine op te vangen. De schoonmaak van het appartement kan ook wat beter. De koelkast bijvoorbeeld was niet zo schoon, magnetron nog een beetje vies van buiten en op verschillende plaatsen vonden we lange haren op de bedden en tussen de lakens. De matrassen waren wel wat doorgelegen en niet zo comfortabel.

Appartement très spacieux, au delà de nos attentes.

Le propriétaire était sur place et nous a remis les clés dès notre arrivée. L'appartement était plus grand qu'espéré et il y avait même une terrasse. Places de parc gratuites devant l'appartement. WiFi gratuit. Remise des clés très facile et pas besoin de défaire les lits ni sortir les déchets.

Personne ne parlait français lors de la remise des clés. Mal isolé pour le bruit. Nous entendions très distinctement les voisins du dessus. Nous avions l'impression d'être surveillé. Des amis sont venus nous rendre visite pour le repas du soir et avant même d'avoir pu sonner à notre porte, ils se sont fait accoster très brusquement par le propriétaire qui ne voulait pas qu'ils entrent. Nous avons du justifier le fait qu'ils venaient pour manger et qu'ils n'allaient pas loger dans l'appartement... très moyen comme accueil pour nos convives.
