Comfortable for family Europapark visit

Convenient across from the Europa Park Train station. Very modern bathroom. Keys retrieved from the restaurant (it says reception but there wasn’t one yet) and we found a nice bakery nearby where we had breakfast. The dinner at their restaurant was basic German fare, we loved the Asian restaurant the next evening though which is a 10min walk. In short good practical and comfortable stay with family.

An amazing place with not so amazing staff.

Big rooms, everything was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was well equipped with utensils, they offered a welcome drink, the location was superb for the price we paid, check-in process was quick and to the point.

After an argument of 3min that the children had between themselves at 21:15 they threatened to kick us out of the apartments and were rude from that point on. I think that the apartments accommodate people coming to Europa-Park and Rulantica mostly, so I don’t understand how you expect people to come from the parks and be completely quiet and whisper at 21:00. Also the fact that they had to “tolerate” us only after 21:00, as we already departed for the parks very early in the morning every day, and couldn’t do that respectfully gets them a rating of 7.

Very good option for visiting Europapark

The bathroom was super nice and big and modern. We had no problem with hot/cold water. The apartment was very spacious in general. It was really clean and we had plenty of towels. I loved the location as it just outside the trains stop and 7 min by car from Europapark. Also walking distance there is a supermarket and a restaurant. The apartments also have a restaurant and we had dinner and the food was good and the price really good. It was a perfect stay for Europapark. The coffe machine is for grounded coffee (we had to buy as we usually get the nespresso type)

I was in the last floor and it has no elevator so if you are travelling with big luggage, strollers, it can be a little tricky. The kitchen has nothing extra as salt, oil, sugar, so if you are planning on cooking you should bring this things. The pillows were not that comfrotable but very manageable.

Location is perfect if you go to Europepark. The restaurant is absolutely a plus. Very nice food and staff.

Newly refurbished apartment, convenient to Europa Park & Rulantica.

Lovely & newly refurbished apartment! We loved the convenience, as it was directly next to bus & train to Europa Park and Rulantica or only a 10 minute drive (and had free parking!). We also really appreciated the hosts’ kindness, easy access to their restaurant next door for dinners after longs days at the amusement park, and the space itself. For a family of 4, the 2 bedrooms were perfect and we could all hang out together for a movie in the living room. Thankfully, the hosts provide extra chairs in the bedrooms that we could move near the sofa for chill out time. Also, it was only a 5-6 minute walk to a local bakery in the morning. The master bed was comfy for 2 adults. Unlike other comments, the towels and sheets smelled great to us, and we had comfortable bedding (pillows, blankets, etc.). It was also great to have a full kitchen and fridge. Last but not least, the brand new bathroom was very well laid out for a family, as someone could be in the shower while someone else brushed their teeth. The huge backyard would be awesome in better weather!

The bunk beds are better for preteens and smaller kids. Our older teen was maybe a little too heavy for the bunk bed to be comfy.

Nice apartment

Very nice big apartment, everything was looking new, bathrooms was very big , clean and nice equipped. Location is very close to the railway station, but still quiet. The kitchen clean with everything necessary. I would recommend to change the pillows.

Apartment located only 8 minutes from Europe Park by car and bus station few steps. services available in the area (petrol station , supermarket, restaurant). laundry and Iron available all time. very clean and full furnished. the size of apartment is big.

it was exactly like the pictures. My family loved it and kids loved how big the room was and said the bunk beds were super comfortable. There was wine, beautiful flowers and apple juice for the kids with some chips. Amazing will definitely use again.

When you pull up it looks like you’re in the wrong place since there was no picture of the front of the building but it’s the correct area.

Superbement spacieux

Grand appartement, proche de Europa-Park, deux chambres, cuisine équipée , salle de bain, l'hôte nous a accueilli à l'heure convenue par message, le départ s'est fait sans contact en fermant la porte avec les clés à l'intérieur

Erwartungen nicht erfüllt...

Gute Parkmöglichkeit.

Da wir außerhalb der Check-In Zeiten kamen, sollten wir einfach zu den Zimmern gehen. Dort sollte der Schlüssel stecken. Bei zwei von drei gebuchten Zimmern, hat es funktioniert. Bei einem hat der Schlüssel gefehlt. Dies konnte irgendwann geklärt werden. Per Telefon konnte man allerdings niemanden erreichen, außer die Mailbox. Die Zimmer waren ok, aber 9 und 1 waren nicht sehr sauber, siehe Bilder. Die Fernsehprogramme in 8 haben nicht funktioniert. Aber das Schlimmste, wir hatten alle nasse Bettwäsche und mussten ohne Bettdecken und Kissen schlafen. Selbst die Spannbetttücher sind zum teil nass gewesen. Von 14 Bettwäsche waren 10 nicht zu gebrauchen.

Instalaciones muy nuevas y todo muy limpio.

Llegamos a las 18:15 y aún estaban limpiando el apartamento. Como queríamos estar en Rulantica a las 7, nos dieron las llaves y dejamos las cosas dentro mientras estaban limpiando sin poder hacer uso ni del baño. Llegamos luego casi a medianoche y pudimos ver q a parte de sábanas, toallas y jabón, la equipación del apartamento es cero. Ni siquiera unos vasos para poder beber agua del grifo, ni cafetera ni hervidor de cortesia. Se publicita como apartamento pero es una habitación sin ningún otro servicio. Además, el restaurante del edificio no abre hasta 11:30 y no hay ningún bar cercano para poder tomar ni un café.

Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (ÖPNV)

Die nicht vorhandene Küchenzeile im Apartment Nr.8 wurde uns kurzfristig vorher mitgeteilt. Daraufhin haben wir improvisiert. Vorschlag: bis zur Fertigstellung der Küchenecke wäre ein kleiner Esstisch und ein kleiner Kühlschrank sehr hilfreich gewesen. Durchaus für den Übergang machbar, denke ich. Ein Esstisch ohne Kühlschrank wäre auch schon toll gewesen. Man hatte leider nur einen sehr niedrigen Beistelltisch zur Verfügung.

Appartements confortables à côté d’Europa park

L’emplacement à côté d’Europa Park, pour 2 couples avec 2 enfants, c’était l’idéal d’avoir les 2 appartements côte à côte! Et le plus était le restaurant au pied de l’immeuble très cosy et très pratique après une journée harassante!

L’appartement 9 avait une literie qui faisait beaucoup de bruit et il y’avait une fuite dans l’évier de la salle de bains

Alles sehr neu und sauber, sehr nettes Personal. Kostenfreie Parkplätze und das zugehörige Restaurant machen es sehr komfortabel. Wir konnten problemlos unsere Hunde mitbringen.

Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich direkt am Bahnhof, an den Gleisen. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind bekommt man davon nichts mit, man muss jedoch die Geräusche der Bahn bei offenem Fenster einplanen.

Très bien

Emplacement très bien situé, juste à coté de la gare de Ringsheim. De la gare de Ringsheim, un bus nous amène en 10 min à Europa Park. L'appartement est neuf. Tout est parfaitement propre et bien équipé.

Pour améliorer le logement, il faudrait ajouter : - 1 ou 2 torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle. - 1 passoire pour égoutter les pâtes

Attenzione al termine "apartments" è ingannevole!

L'appartamento è proprio di fronte alla stazione del treno per recarsi, con un autobus dedicato, al park Europa.

La struttura si fa denominare "apartments" e universalmente, come ho sempre visto in tutte le parti del mondo, la parola appartamento significa: camera, bagno e angolo cottura o cucina. Quindi all'arrivo pensavamo di trovare tale sistemazione. Invece la loro denominazione "apartments" significa camera con bagno, nulla più. I responsabili interpellati hanno detto che se volevamo la cucina dovevamo pagare 200€ al giorno per tale sistemazione!!! Sinceramente, visto che la struttura era quasi vuota potevano fare un upgrade senza supplemento. Abbiamo deciso di non aderire alle loro richieste peraltro inopportune e di spendere i 600 euro (dicasi seicento euro!) In cene luculliane. Per cui attenzione a chi vorrà prenotare questa struttura: il "loro appartamento" significa solamente una camera o nel nostro caso due camere, peraltro non usata, con bagno e null'altro: neppure un misero frighetto è presente! Concludo che il termine usato è assolutamente ingannevole!

Prachtig appartement en goed restaurant

De check in verliep ietwat rommelig, geen receptie. Zat iemand aan een eettafel buiten en ik moest aan personeel vragen bij wie wij moesten zijn, verder wel hele vriendelijke man. Ook vertelde hij dat wij een welkomst drankje gratis zouden krijgen bij het diner maar hij heeft dit totaal niet gecommuniceerd aan de ober en toen wij dit aangaven zei de ober enkel van ja dat is mij niet verteld en verder ook niks anders aangeboden. Verder is het appartement net nieuw, prachtige grote slaapkamers met ieder een balkon, mooie badkamer en keuken en ondanks dat je naast een treinstation slaapt, hierzelf niet echt hinder van gehad. Zeker een aanrader

Geen airco, de rolluiken waren wel al naar beneden en stonden twee waaiers maar wij hebben allemaal niet goed geslapen door de hitte. Zelf hadden wij ook niet verwacht midden in een hitte golf aan te komen anders hadden wij naar een appartement gezocht met airco
