The House has 2 double bedrooms.. It is located on the popular Atlantic Reach complex .
The house is end terraced in a quite area of this popular holiday complex.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized fridge, freezer, oven, hob and microwave.
On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with TV and DVD player.
On the first floor there is one double and one twin bedroom, both share a modern shower room.
The house is close to the villages of Indian Queens & Trevarren just 1 mile from the A30 and 8 miles from the centre of Newquay.
There is bar & restaurant on site.
Sorry can only accept 7 Night bookings during peak school holiday weeks.
Dogs are welcome at £50 per week + £50 refundable deposit.
Sorry whilst there are pools & club house on site, these cannot be used or paid for by guests staying in our house,

An enjoyable break in a good location, central for most parts of Cornwall. The property had everything I'd expected to find in the kitchen and was comfy throughout.
Good communications from the host too. All in all, an enjoyable stay.

A clean, well appointed property which met the needs of a family of 4 and a medium sized dog. Well located on the site as it was right next to the kids playground. The only thing that would have improved our stay was more supportive mattresses on the beds. Everything else was great.

Property was lovely, as was the site. Had everything we needed and the location was ideal, the longest drive we took was to visit Land End. We went out every day as we had good weather but if we had needed it then the site facilities like the pool looked great.
The only issue we found was parking, there was cars parked all along the road near the property and the car park was always full. We didn’t have an issue parking further away but on the occasions that we could park close the property, the next morning it was tricky to get out as the roads were partially blocked by other cars.

Overall the property was very good would suggest some sort of outside lighting and maybe blinds for a little bit of privacy but otherwise very nice would recommend value for money
