About this house rental

The House has 2 double bedrooms.. It is located on the popular Atlantic Reach complex .
The house is end terraced in a quite area of this popular holiday complex.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized fridge, freezer, oven, hob and microwave.
On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with TV and DVD player.

On the first floor there is one double and one twin bedroom, both share a modern shower room.

The house is close to the villages of Indian Queens & Trevarren just 1 mile from the A30 and 8 miles from the centre of Newquay.

There is bar & restaurant on site.

Sorry can only accept 7 Night bookings during peak school holiday weeks.

Dogs are welcome at £50 per week + £50 refundable deposit.
Sorry whilst there are pools & club house on site, these cannot be used or paid for by guests staying in our house,

An enjoyable break in a good location, central for most parts of Cornwall. The property had everything I'd expected to find in the kitchen and was comfy throughout. Good communications from the host too. All in all, an enjoyable stay.

A clean, well appointed property which met the needs of a family of 4 and a medium sized dog. Well located on the site as it was right next to the kids playground. The only thing that would have improved our stay was more supportive mattresses on the beds. Everything else was great.

Property was lovely, as was the site. Had everything we needed and the location was ideal, the longest drive we took was to visit Land End. We went out every day as we had good weather but if we had needed it then the site facilities like the pool looked great. The only issue we found was parking, there was cars parked all along the road near the property and the car park was always full. We didn’t have an issue parking further away but on the occasions that we could park close the property, the next morning it was tricky to get out as the roads were partially blocked by other cars.

Nice holiday home and reasonably priced! The only downside was that the bar had been shut on the day of our arrival and being rural in location, would have been nice if the holiday park could have kept this open, even with reduced days

Fabulous location and as described

Fabulous location and as described

The property itself had everything we needed for our two night get away. A short 15 min drive to Newquay town centre was also ideal for the shops and the great surfing on offer. My wife and I took our 5 year old and 7 year old - who spent every moment in the very conveniently located play park (basically on the door step) meaning we could sit and watch in comfort having our morning coffee. Have already recommended to fiends and will look to go back in the future. Thank you, from the Webbs

This property was well maintained and clean but be aware that it is very near the main entertainment area so can be loud during the evenings (thankfully it seemed to start soon after 11 most nights).

Accommodation was of an average standard- could do with replacing the hob. Would have been beneficial to have an airer for beach towels & wetsuits to dry. Good location on the site if you have young children. A little noisy at nighttime from the entertainment centre that we weren’t able to access.

Great apartment, good location

Apartment was clean and tidy, Atlantic Reach is a nice holiday park just outside Newquay. Ideal for exploring the Cornwall. Owners were in good contact with details of arrivals and so on and made it clear that they were reachable in the event of any issues (which there were none). Only criticism would be that the living area in the property would benefit from a footstool or more comfy sofas but this is a minor point. All in all, this is a great property for a family of 4 close enough for Newquay for the surf and right of the A30 for access to the rest of Cornwall.

Property is well maintained and has free parking space. Centrally located hence providing easy access to all attractions in North,Mid and South Cornwall. Kitchen is equiped with all necessary appliances and cutleries. Supermarket,Lidle.Spar is about 5 mins drive away. Provides safe and comfortable stay for a family of four. Rent is very reasonable for the facilities provided Good and prompt communication/support from the landlord. We had a fantastic time while we stayed there recently. Many Thanks

A really well maintained place to stay, the house was just about an hours journey to most of the places I wanted to visit, with pool and spa as well in the holiday park. Minutes away from A30, its the best place to stay for the amount I paid. The kitchen floor is tiled, its a bit cold to walk bear foot, but then its not white sand to walk bear foot. Enjoyed the stay in Cornwall, Thank you Clive and Sue.

Great holiday accommodation at a very good price ( over £220 cheaper than booking through the complex ). Well equipped and comfortable. Located right by the park so great spot for families with young children. Good customer service from the owner . would definitely recommend to friends and stay there again myself.

On reading the initial description/details in the house I wasn't expecting much. On arrival it changed. Greeting in reception was great made to feel welcome. Got the keys to the house and went in. Very modern inside not like the photos, everything we needed (apart from a chopping board!) and best of all having two kids 5&1 a huge lawned area at the front of number 14. I would be happy to say one if the best spots on the site if you have children. We used the house as a bolt hole for the week, what a location for this. Newquay 10minutes away and easy access back into the main roads to go where ever we wanted. We only used the indoor pool once and at £24 for 5 of us wasn't too bad for an hour in the pool!!!!!!!hence only using it once. The bar and restaurant on site were great value for money, pint of Guinness £3.50 and a steak dinner £10.50 very reasonable. Kids entertainment at night was equal to anywhere else. The best thing about the site is that they aren't trying to grab your last pound like do many other big sites do, they genuinely want you to feel happy and revisit. We definitely will return. Hoe the above helps in making your choice.

Great holiday!

Great holiday!

Spent 5 days here and although the weather was not up to much the accommodation was very surprising. The price is more than reasonable so we expected a less than reasonable holiday! Very spacious, even for 3 people and three dogs! Clean, well looked after and very polite service from the owners. Highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely be returning. Very homely.
