About this house rental
No.85 is a modern and comfortable holiday home in the heart of Cornwall.
Fully equipped Kitchen, Living Room, 2 Bedrooms and Bathroom.
Located on the private estate of the popular Atlantic Reach Resort, but without access to site leisure facilities (see below).
15 minute drive from the famous Watergate Bay
15-20 minutes from Newquay and its selection of beaches and activities.
5 minutes from the A30 - the gateway into the rest of Cornwall.
HOUSE DETAILS
Kitchen contains: Dishwasher, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Small Freezer, Kettle, Toaster and Dining Table.
On the ground floor is the open plan lounge with Smart TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player (Smart TV connected to Wi-Fi, plus wide selection of DVD's).
First floor there is 1 Double & 1 Twin Bedroom, plus the Bathroom with generous shower enclosure.
All Bedding and House Towels provided.
High Chair*, Travel Cot*, Iron & Ironing Board are all available to use at no cost. *Please inform us prior to arrival.
Wi-Fi is included inside the house.
EATING AND DRINKING
There is an independent restaurant with bar operating on site, as well as a separate cafe/eatery near reception.

Lovely house - very well equipped. Teenagers appreciated the wi-fi connection! Property was very clean and just what we wanted. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Brilliant property. Comfortable with everything we needed. Kitchen was especially well equipped with everything you need to cook full meals if you wanted to. Towels and bed linen really clean and fresh. It didn't really register when I was booking that we were on a site. We didn’t use it much, but on check in make sure you mention that you can use the outdoor pool as part of the booking. We were told initially that we couldn’t but on checking it was included. Only one niggle was the wifi. It was really sketchy. If I’d worked from the house as planned for a day or two I would have really struggled. As it was, it wasn’t an issue and we had a wonderful holiday.

This is our second time staying at this property and it has everything we need. It’s a good size property with plenty of space for us a family with 2 children. The location suits us well close to Newquay but also perfect for visiting lots of other places such as Padstow, Perranporth, Holywell Bay etc. The property has everything you could need, the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. The beds are comfortable and the house is spotless. Communication with Jake is great really prompt. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.
