Place was clean and tidy. 10 minutes to Newquay, defo would stay again

Bed a bit soft for my liking but thats a personnel preference. The pub is shut Monday to Thursday so you need to travel for food, this had no reflection on the accommodation or owner as the pub is run by the resort.

Overall good!

Great amenities, good clean rooms, decent location and loved the bottle of wine.

It felt a bit weird having to remove the bedsheets, duvet and pillow covers for laundry and also had to take the bins out due to "COVID" reasons! Don't really fancy household chores on a holiday!

Villa 127 pleasure 🙏 ☺️

A handy location for the wonders of the Newquay Beaches, a park and ride 10 mins away. Big shopping venues Morrisons, Lidl and Burger king within 10mins also. Villa 127 is very clean and well managed, games and Dvds to keep kids occupied. Comfortable furniture and a lovely armchair I'd like to buy for myself. The little things eg washing up liquid and nik nacks all included. Welcome information with ideas, days out, tourist info.

The parking is a bit tricky if you are out all day, returning late. But we managed to park a short distance towards the leisure centre.

Overall it was very nice stay, my kids enjoyed a lot.

The property was neat and family friendly. I really liked the location and connectivity. Enjoyed welcome pack from Nettie :-) she was very supportive.

It would have been better if they mentioned that there would be no appliances like dishwasher and washing machine on the property(available paid in premises). The hot water was not always available as it was on a timer.

The house was perfect for our needs and a good location.

The property was clean and spacious for our family gathering. Fully equipped kitchen, the oven works well and we cooked a delicious Christmas dinner. The living area is cosy and comfy. Nice electric shower. Location is about a 15 minute drive from Newquay town and beaches. Nettie left us scones, jam and cream as well as milk and a bottle of red wine. Also a little Christmas tree had been set up for us. Such a lovely welcome surprise. Thank you Nettie.

The hot water was on a timer which wasn’t always convenient for washing up.

Nice and quiet terraced garden view house in reach atlantic resort, easy access to the beaches and views around newquay. Host is friendly and reply our questions quickly.

Towels provided, which is good, but they gave out bad smell. However, Nattie said will pass this to the cleaners and hopefully it can get improved.

the fridge wasn’t as cold, the sofas needs a deep clean. and the carpets also needs a deep clean too. its a shame we couldn’t use the swimming pool area. for future reference please provide net curtains for privacy as the curtains were always shut due to privacy.

Location

Awful smell of downstairs old furniture made our clothes smell even after we came back home. Very uncomfortable mattress caused back pain every morning. No hot water in any tap. We've been told on arrival that we can't use swimming pool and gym. No welcome pack as after reading the reviews, seems like only we didn't get any. Unfortunately, I won't recommend it.

Great little get away

Lovely property , very clean , great location , had lots of extra bits for babies ( cot bed / plastic plates/ stanie gate etc) , complimentary wine on arrival , we even were allowed an early check in after driving for 6 hrs and arriving earlier than the check in time! Nettie was extra helpful , responding to emails very quickly and always willing to help. in general the peppery is very cosy and beds are comfortable ! we loved our stay and will deffo come back x

connection / internet is not great in the area but it wasn’t that important to us as we were on holiday and it was nice to be kind of cut off . we weren’t allowed to use the pools onsite due to not purchasing passes but we were given different options that we could explore ! :)

Enjoyable family holiday

Great location with easy access to lots of nice areas . The property was very clean and simple check in/check out procedures . Good communication with helpful owner and a very fair price for the area and summer holidays too .

We found the Double bed was very uncomfortable so we didn’t sleep well.

Amazing

The villa was clean all fresh bedding, plenty of plates cups glasses, pans ect, after booking I asked netti if there was anywhere to get some balloons for my partners 40th birthday, she told me to order some from a shop and will pick them up and put them in the villa for when we arrived, which she did and she also put some happy birthday banners and left us a birthday cake and a bottle of fizz, lots of leaflets in the villa, also loads of games and DVDs, would 100% stay again, thank you again for everything

The villa is about a 15 min drive to newquay centre but you can get a park an ride which is about a 5 min drive away

Great base to explore Cornwall, very clean and tidy. Very little noise and lovely welcome, wine and scones with cream.

WiFi doesn't work which didn't make any diffence to our stay but would want if you had a family staying. Mattress very soft which means little support while sleeping again personal preference but can make it difficult to sleep. Loads of parking but difficult to park near Villa. Private users can not use the facilities at the leisure club.

Newquay break

The place is spotlessly clean with lovely white bed linen, well kitted kitchen; comfortable furniture in the living area and powerful shower, nice touch of milk in the fridge and scones with clotted cream and jam. Nice little outside eating area when the weather is good and the host was quick to answer any query during our stay

There was nothing really I didnt like, it was a little further from the centre of Newquay than I anticipated which is not a problem if you are driving but in the evening if you want to have a drink it is £25 each way by taxi. Parking can be difficult onsite if you get back after 6pm from your day out.

Great little place

The property was comfortable, lots of cooking appliances, had everything we needed. Nettie was very nice and helpful with instant replies to any quarries we had.

The wifi only for checking emails not streaming, not much of an issue just would bring any dvds as you cannot stream shows/films :)

Would stay again!

Lovely location, very clean, great facilities, friendly and helpful staff on hand all the time. Kids beds were good and comfortable. Beautiful wildlife area behind where we stayed. Nice site with park. Lots of info for food and days out in the booklet left for us. Loved the little touches like the wine and scones with cream that were waiting for us on arrival too.

double bed in adults room is very uncomfortable. The actually bed isnt great if your tall either. Wifi doesnt work if you wanted to use it. Our lamp was broken so we had to have the main light on or off in the eve. Wasnt given any info on being able to use or not use the pool or bar onsite. We would of been happy to pay extra to use if that is was a possibility.

Pleasant holiday.

Perfect affordable stay. Very clean and hosts were very nice and friendly, communication was quick and efficient. Would definitely stay again.

Parking is abit of an issue. Not enough spaces. Only had TV and no dvd player, not that this is a major issue as we were always out all day but due to the dark evenings it would have been good to have a family movie night.with a dvd instead of just Freeview.
