About this apartment rental

From an ancient rural complex (the 'Borgo degli Ulivi) surrounded by cantilevered stone walls on Lake Iseo, surrounded by a park of 2000 square meters. with olive trees, greenery and flowers, some refined residences have been created, furnished and equipped with all comforts.
Park and communal swimming pool which opens around the end of May and closes towards the end of September. Duplex apartment, consisting of 4 rooms (150 sq m): on the ground floor living room with open kitchen and 30 sq m terrace, a bedroom with 2 single beds plus a cot and a bathroom with shower, going upstairs to a bedroom double bedroom, an anteroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with tub.

All our expectations where more than for filled, we had the best vacation ever at this calm quite and beautiful place, Riva family was so sweet and helpful and we could really feel we were welcome. We can with 100% recommend this place. Everything was nice and clean and the beautiful authentic Italian stile was perfect

Fantastic apartment

Loved staying here. Apartment has an amazing view, lots of space and is well-equipped. We specially loved the big terrace where we lived most of the time. The apartment is well placed for the many activities the area has to offer. The Antica Strada Valeriana walk is just behind the apartment and it’s an easy walk to Sale Marasino. Uphill home though. We had a wonderful week here. Good communication with owners and friendly welcome from caretaker.

The amazing views over the lake are enough in itself to make you never want to leave this apartment. We spent much of our time relaxing on the spacious balcony / patio taking in the view, and enjoying the tranquillity. There is every cooking implement you could hope for in the kitchen, and the huge fridge was great. The pool was also a big plus point with this apartment. Although shared, never crowded, even in August. The access to the apartment is pretty steep though, so I would just bear that in mind if anyone had any access issues. A car definitely recommended as carrying shopping up the hill to the apartment would be a killer!

Nous avons un excellent séjour dans cette vaste maison ("bilocale"). Celle-ci bénéficie d'une grande terrasse en partie couverte avec une vue plongeante sur le lac. Situé en hauteur, l'accès au lac (et à l'embarcadère pour Monte Isola) se fait en 5 minutes en voiture (routes sinueuses en forte pente par endroits). On trouve également une belle piscine à partager avec les autres résidents. Vue directe sur le lac également. Pour les personnes aimant marcher, un grand sentier de randonnée passe juste derrière le borgo. Nous recommandons cette propriété!

Schönes Objekt, tolle Sicht. Sehr gepflegte Poolanlage. Ruhig gelegen. Anfahrt sehr steil (30%). Parkplatz vorhanden. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, ein toller Bäcker mit Café und eine nette Cafébar. Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen in Sale Marasino möglich, man muss aber das Auto nehmen (Empfehlung Ristorante Vela und Trattoria Portole, beide haben eine tolle Sicht und super Essen)! Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Schiffanlegestelle im Ort. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen! 😊

Geweldige locatie met aardige bewoners en medehuurders. Lekker zwembad, prachtig uitzicht. Aandachtspunt is dat je voor bijna alles wat je doet wel de auto nodig hebt en de weg omhoog is best wel stijl, maar te doen.

Dit grote appartement is onderdeel van een verbouwde oude boerderij. Grote woonkamer. Merk op dat een van de slaapkamers tussen een slaapkamer en een badkamer zit. Was voor ons geen probleem, maar deze ruimte is niet afsluitbaar. De prive-eigendommen in het complex worden deels door de Italiaanse eigenaren gebruikt, deels verhuurd. Dit appartement bezit een zeer groot balkon dat deels onder het doorlopende dak zit. Erg fijn met de hitte om uit de zon te kunnen zitten. Het uitzicht op het meer en Monte Isola is in een woord geweldig, zowel overdag als s nachts. Er is veel te zien en te doen in de omgeving, maar auto is daarbij zeker nodig . Weg naar woning is heel steil maar dat went. Het zwembad wordt gedeeld met de andere eigenaren maar het was er nooit druk. Brescia en Bergamo liggen op 45-60 min rijden en zijn allebei absoluut de moeite waard!

Nous avons passé deux semaines de rêve dans cet appartement. La région est riche en patrimoine et promenades, et les italiens très accueillants. L'appartement est très grand, bien équipé, avec une terrasse abritée donnant vue sur le lac. Au pied de l'appartement passe un sentier de randonnée et il est possible également de se rendre à pied à l'embarcadère pour naviguer sur le lac (20 mn) La piscine est également en surplomb du lac. Très grande et bien entretenue. Pour y accéder depuis l'appartement, il est nécessaire de rentrer à nouveau dans la résidence, l'appartement ne donnant pas dessus directement. La propriétaire, Roberta, est charmante et à l'écoute de toutes les remarques. Nous avons eu un problème sur le frigo qui ne refroidissait pas assez, il a été changé dans la journée! La seule remarque que l'on puisse faire est l'accès à la résidence. Il se fait par une route extrêmement pentue (30%) avec des difficultés de croisement. Néanmoins, il existe une seconde route permettant d'accéder par les hauteurs, mais elle était en travaux pendant notre séjour. En résumé, nous recommandons chaudement cette location qui nous a laissé d'excellents souvenirs. Encore merci à Roberta pour sa gentillesse.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Super Terasse (Tolle Aussicht) wo man sich Sonnen kann, essen und den Abend schön ausklingen lassen kann. Im oberen Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Ventilator. 3 SZ ist etwas übertrieben, da die 2 Betten oben eher ein Durchgang ist. Der Pool ist super und sehr groß. Zu erreichen über den schmalen Weg nach unten (ca.100m). Die Straße zur Ferienwohnung ist etwas speziell, da sehr steil und eng im oberen Teil. Stellt ab an sich kein Problem dar ! Im Ort und am See gibt es viele kleine Badestellen. Supermärkte und Bäcker nicht weit weg. Sehr schön ist die große Insel Mont Isola. mit der Fähre in Sale Marasino aller 20min zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner See !

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Sale Marasino in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Die Terasse haben wir jeden Tag genutzt genau wie den Pool, den man sich mit den anderen einheimischen Appartments teilt. Man hat einen wahnsinnig schönen Blick auf den Lago d'Iseo und die kleine Insel darin. Ich würde die Ferienwohnung jedem weiterempfehlen, es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

We had a fantastic holiday in Sale Marasino. It is a very spacious apartment with a nice atmosphere. We spent a lot of time on the covered terrace with the beautiful lake view. Great plus at the apartment is the lovely swimming pool. As the apartment is high on a mountain (road increase is 30%), a good car is recommended. The owner of the apartment is very nice and helpful.

Wir haben wunderbare 11 Tage in dieser sehr schönen großen Wohnung, die Teil einer kleinen interessant gebauten Anlage ist, verbracht. Ganz großartig ist die riesige überdachte Steinterrasse, die wir zu jeder Tageszeit und bei jedem Wetter genutzt haben. Von dort hat man auch einen traumhaften Blick auf den See und die umliegenden Berghänge. Die (großen) Kinder haben fast jeden Abend ihren Spaß im Pool gehabt, der wirklich schön groß und zum Schwimmen geeignet ist. Wir waren im sehr heißen Juli dort, hatten es aber immer angenehm kühl im Haus. Im Elternschlafzimmer gibt es auch einen Ventilator, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Eines der weiteren Schlafzimmer ist quasi ein Durchgangszimmer ohne eigene Tür, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Die Wohnung war wunderbar sauber und auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen benötigt (inklusive großer Töpfe, die sonst oft Mangelware sind). In Sale Marasino gibt es einen sehr guten Bäcker, bei dem wir täglich unsere Brötchen geholt haben und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Für größere Einkäufe sind wir immer nach Iseo gefahren (10 min mit dem Auto). Es gibt viel zu entdecken: auf dem See den Monte Isola und überhaupt ist eine Schifffahrt über den See zu den anderen Orten sehr zu empfehlen. Wandern kann man in Zone (bizarre Felsformationen) oder auch sehr schön im Torfmoor nahe Iseo. Auch ein Auflug ins Museum nach Brescia oder nach Bergamo sind unbedingt zu empfehlen. Wir haben im Bekanntenkreis schon Werbung gemacht und vergeben sehr gerne uneingeschränkt 5 Sterne! Christina und Stefan

We had a lovely lovely holiday in Sale Marasino. The house and the lovely terrace is a little oasis for the perfect holiday. The house is cozy and has everything you need. The view of the lake and the mountain, is absolutely beautiful and magnificent. A place you definitely want to go back to.
