GREAT and a place for going back

The great position and location of the apartment. Fantastic view over the lake and relaxed environment. The house was well equiped with the right needed basic stuff

The access road to get to the apartments was a serious drive on a small , bairly maintained road. Cooking was a bit of challange with limited facilities (induction cooking)

The surroundings, the view and even though there was high temperature outside, the room was nicely cooler.

For us, nothing. Some people our maybe some cars will find it a steep climb to get to the location. But it has it's advantages in (nearly) no traffic

Good

you have a fantastic view to the lake and the island after climbing 450 Meter very steep road with your car. The next house is around 300m away so the surrounding is very quiet. Even so the SP510 road is close, you are not affected by much noise as the road is road 200m downhill Juri is always reachable to give advice for sightseeing and other advice.

The stairs needs to be replaced. It is not possible to go silent up or down during the night. You wake up everybody in your appartment. The walls between the apartments are very thin, so can hear the neighbor apartment, especially when someone goes up and down the stairs during the night. We were told that we should not use the electric stove to full power due to limitation of the electric safety. We did not had a water kettle to make hot water for tea, so we used the eletric stove. The final 400m step narrow road fits only one car. It is hard to see when another car is approching

It was one of the best stays I've ever had! ❤️

I have no words to express my feelings from this place. Just everything was ourstanding - from the place itself (great location, amazing nature around) to the owners! Maria is extremely pleasant and warm, her husband is so communicative. They did everything I felt like at home! The accomodation is comfortable, with the great view to the lake and mountains. Very Italian home design, I loved the atmosphere. The bed is comfortable (I'm a "princess on a pea" - for me it's important)) Terrace with all facitilities near olive trees was my favorite place. I rested deeply. Highly recommend the place!

Very nice appartement, also very clean. Nice staff. The way up to the apprtements is VERY steep, be shure that your car is ok. Amazing view on the lake, you are on your own in the nature.

The only thing we didnt‘t like: the highway, which is near to the house, is very loud, especially at night. Take some ear plugs with you and all will be fine :-)

Schöne gemütliche Fewo mit tollem Seeblick eingebettet in einen Olivenhain. Sehr bequemes Bett. Mit Hund sehr empfehlenswert. Die Vermittlerin Anna ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.

Die steile und enge Zufahrt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wenn man mit dem eBike unterwegs ist, braucht es schon eine sehr starke Motorunterstützung um die Steigung zu bewältigen.

Tutto. Il posto è bellissimo. Immerso nel verde a due passi dal lago. Ci sono tutti i servizi di cui si ha bisogno (panettiere, supermarket, edicola e via così) . Ci sono tanti sentieri per camminare e se si vuole Anke lidi per godersi la spiaggia. Nell'alloggio trovi i comfort di qui si ha bisogno. Cucina ben fornita, bagni con tutti i sanitari e la doccia con pietra a vista stupenda. Letto soppalcato con una finestrella che al risveglio ti mostra la bellezza del luogo che affaccia su monte isola. Quindi è un vero paradiso per me.

Prachtige ligging met uitzicht op iseomeer

De douche gaf bijna geen warm water, er zou naar gekeken worden maar is niet gebeurd. Al het servies (kopjes, glazen en borden) roken muf en hebben we eerst moeten afwassen voordat we het konden gebruiken. Als laatste willen we graag aangeven dat de airconditioning niet krachtig genoeg is om de slaapruimte te koel te krijgen. Het is voor ons lastig om te communiceren met Maria omdat ze alleen Italiaans spreekt en geen Engels.
