Perfectly positioned very close to the Loipe starting point, a little tucked away. Simple furnishing - but very cost old little house…

Perfect location! Great value for money!

The location is superb! 2 min walk to the Olympiabad is perfect for Apres-Ski activities. Despite being in the heart of Seefeld, the area is very quiet and you have a great view from the property onto the slopes!

Unfortunately, the apartment did not have a dishwasher. No toiletries and basic cleaning means for the stay, which needs to be remembered for planning your stay.

Host was helpful, House was clean, fantastic location.

Location

Both Kitchen and bathroom need renovation, floor creaking. Showering in bath slippery and small. Booking.com booked for five people when we only asked for two. Host had to change the City Tax for two instead of five.

De grootte van het appartement is heerlijk. De ligging tegen het centrum aan ook! De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend.

Het interieur en de keuken/badkamer zijn wel oud en van 1 van de tweepersoonsbedden zijn de matrassen aan vervanging toe. Verder zou een vaatwasser een welkome aanvulling zijn.

Perfekte Lage für einen Freunde- oder Familienurlaub im Langlaufparadies Seefeld

Die Lage war zentral aber ruhig. Loipen, Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle, Eislaufbahn und Schwimmbad - alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung (Hochparterre) ist angenehm groß und gut geschnitten. Es gibt im Keller Platz für Ski und Schlitten.

Abgesehen von den Kleiderschränken wenig Ablageplatz, auch in der Küche ist der Stauraum knapp und wenig Arbeitsfläche vorhanden.
