Good value in good location!

Having a kitchen and the balcony was nice. The property is close to downtown. We could walk from the bus station to the apartment and it was in a quiet neighborhood.

There was a dining area but not a living room, this wasn't a problem. Some reviewers have noted that this apartment is "dated", we found it charming because it was a good example of an older apartment. All it needs is hand soap in the bathrooms!

The second bedroom room was the Passage room between the kitchen and dining room. The dining room has not a door to close and separate from the bedroom.

Für diesen Preis habe ich nichts anderes erwartet. Somit war alles okay. Vielleicht einen Kritikpunkt: Die Spülmaschine hat nicht funktioniert. Wir haben dann aber auf Anfrage Spülmittel zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen.

Seefeld è una perla di paese e offre tante attività

I letti sono molto confortevoli, due camere collegate formano un grande appartamento con un balcone molto bello. Il parcheggio è grande e comodo. L'appartamento è molto silenzioso. Le chiavi sono a tessera, molto comode.

L'arredamento è un po' vecchio, ma questo lo si vede anche dalle foto. A parte la carta igienica, mancavano molte cose indispensabili per un soggiorno, dal sapone per le mani, alle spugne per pulire i piatti, a un paio di forbici.

Die Lage des Appartmenthauses ist supertoll! Seefeld-Zentrum ganz nah. Skibusvzum Gschwandtkipf oder Rosshütte quasi um die Ecke. Übungslift am Geigenbühel zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausstattung bisschen Retro, aber ganz okay und sauber! Sehr nette Vermieter.

Die Grundausstattung beim Geschirr ist nur ausreichend, aber man kommt klar.

Einfach und in die Jahre gekommen, aber gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Freundlich & unkompliziert.

Perfekte Lage, großer Parkplatz, Balkone mit Aussicht, sehr gute Betten (bis auf die Kopfkissen). Alles Wesentliche vorhanden. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

In weiten Teilen etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Standard der 70er, so z.B. keine Thermostate an den Heizungen und statt Dusche nur Badewanne mit Brauseschlauch.
