The breakfast was great, really enjoyed it. The building is right at the beach so you have breakfast next to the sea. Owners are very nice people. Would recommend anyone to stay there and if I will stay again I will choose them. Grocery store is near by, also restaurants. They have free parking.

Awesome - Recommending

The room was very good, clean, towels were changed every day. Staff (the family) were very friendly, super nice, made you fresh eggs for breakfast. Included with room, you get two lounge chairs on privat beach, where you can be on the sun or you can hide in shade. I definitely recommend this rooms if you want peace and quiet to relax of all stress. Andrea thank you!

This place is amazing. Fully renovated and immaculately clean sea house with a lot of charm. The owners are very friendly and very good cooks literally all of them. Breakfast is delicious and everything is organic. You have your own private beach with tanning beds and parasols. This was a 5 star stay for me, and Im definitely coming back next month.

Perfect stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at "Rooms Vedrana" and I must say, it was an absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. One of the standout features of this establishment is the convenience of having parking right in front of the stay. It made arriving and departing hassle-free, allowing me to focus on enjoying my vacation. Additionally, the proximity to the beach was unbeatable. Just in front of your nose! It was a beach lover's dream come true. ✨🌊 The breakfast was good, eggs and omelettes, which were made freshly and to my specific preferences. Also the terrace where you can eat your breakfast and drink your coffee is breathtaking because it’s in front of the beach. I loved this terrace! ☀️ The rooms themselves were modern and aesthetically furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring/swimming or laying the whole day in the sun. What truly set "Rooms Vedrana" apart was the warmth and hospitality of the family running the establishment. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with open arms and made to feel like a long-lost family member. The genuine care of Vedrana, Andrea, and little Šime added an extra layer of magic to my stay. Their friendly demeanor and personal touch made me feel right at home. I can't help but feel a sense of longing to return to "Rooms Vedrana" already. The memories of my stay, the incredible staff and the overall experience have left an indelible mark on my heart. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a perfect getaway. Everything is great only problem i realised that they don't accept card, only cash, so due to this I had to go outside for lunch and dinner 😔 I do prefer always card payment to ignore my currency conversion rate 😜

Exceptional

Everything. The accommodation is directly on the beach. The room was air-conditioned, clean, nicely furnished, with a terrace with a wonderful view of the sea. The owners are very pleasant people, warm and smiling, willing to help with anything. We enjoyed our stay very much and we definitely plan to come back.

Everything was as expected, excellent! they have nice room freshly renovated with good taste, spacious bathroom, it has balcony with sea view. The place is right next to the beach with dedicated sea bed area. the breakfast was good and with a sea view. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful property right on the beach!

Beautiful property right on the beach. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea. The family host was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was very good and the host will cook eggs if you want. We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this place.

Lovely owners family, they was helpful. Home made breakfast, tasty pasta for the lunch. We stopped there because they have a private beach, and it's comfortable, from vila to the beach. Free parking behind vila

The room is very small, the bathroom old one, needs to be fixed . In the morning was no hot water, because its the 3rd floor and the pressure not in of. The windows to the street side, from 6 in the morning was really loud. A bit expensive

Excellent location for relaxing holidays with private beach steps away & super nice owners!

The hotel is located right in between Split and Omiš (each 10km away in opposite directions) which are both worth visiting. The location is fantastic and just like in the pictures!!! Private beach is steps away, small but enough for the guests (we saw other people who lived across the street coming during the day though so not sure about how private it is), it is not crowded. They also offer sunbeds free of charge. The hotel is easy to find thanks to the big sign near the main road and the parking is free, right in front of the building. Breakfast is served daily until 10AM and is same every day - there is fruit and vegeables, cereals, bread, ham, cheese, tea, coffee, juice, yogurts, butter, jams, etc. They also make you fresh eggs or pancakes/waffles - very tasty!!! There's also a dinner option (different every day, 2-3 courses) for about 20-25 euros/person that you can order and all-day offer of quick food like pizza, pasta, salads. The entire family of owners are really lovely and helpful people! The business keeps them super busy every day but it's evident they like their guests. They gladly showed and told us everything upon arrival and even helped us to plan our day trip. The below points are just small impefections that can be improved, the only two things we really did not like was the lack of regular cleaning and the absence of fridge in the room. Nevertheless, if you want to have a nice, relaxing, quiet holiday (with the possiblity of close night getaway), we definitely recommend this place!

There is no fridge in the rooms which was major disadvantage for us. I think it would be very beneficial to put even minibar fridges into the room for guests to cool water and some basic food. Not the owners' fault but as others have said, those rooms closer to the main road really are noisy, so not suitable for light sleepers. What is worse though is that if you have inconsiderate neighbors, you will hear everything! They will wake you up going down for breakfast/coming back late at night (there is quiet hours but people don't follow). Our room was very small, we did not really have any space for our luggage and bathroom was even smaller (can't close the door while on the toilet, only 1 person fits). Water pressure in the shower made washing hair really challenging and it wouldn't hurt to put some basic towel hangers. The building has no elevator which was not a problem for us (it has only 2 floors) but might be for some older people (pack light!). Wifi signal is on/off un the upper floors. I'm also not sure about the cleaning - we stayed 1 week and our room was cleaned only ONCE (the day before we left lol) so there was plenty of dirt, hair, sand from the outside and full bins (they should be emptied at least every other day). They do not automatically change towels or sheets during your stay either (unless you pay extra I guess).

Great location right on a lovely beach. Room with an amazing view (sea view). Owner family was nice and made us feel welcome.

Bathroom was too small (cut-out on the door to avoid clashing with toilet) and there could be one more closet in the room. Breakfast was very poor, same every day. Could use some new ideas.

Room with great view

We had a room with sea view, which was amazing. The room itself is not too big, but it was enough comfortable for two of us. It was easy to park next to the building with our car. The owners are really nice people and they prepared delicious breakfasts for us every morning.

The only thing I could mention is that the property situated next to a busy road, which can be noisy in the early and in the afternoon hours when locals commute to Split.

The location was perfect. We had a clear view of the beach since it was right Infront of the hotel. Breakfast was ok, but every day its the same and there’s no kids menu.

Pizza tasted bad and very expensive. The rooms were small and they require a large renovation especially the small bathrooms.

Gelungener Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist wunderbar. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, die Inhaberfamilie ganz zauberhaft und sehr zuvorkommend. Jeden Tag konnte man sich eine frisch zubereitete Eierspeise wünschen. Insgesamt war das Frühstück für ein kleines Guesthouse wie dieses sehr gut. Nicht extrem abwechslungsreich, aber dem Landesstandard entsprechend ausgezeichnet. Die Frühstückszeiten waren sehr angenehm - bis 10.00 Uhr auch für Langschläfer geeignet. Das Zimmer war klimatisiert und sehr schön eingerichtet, die Dusche ein Traum - ich hätte sie am Liebsten mit nach Hause genommen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Kleine Abstreiche bei der Zimmerreinigung. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass zwischendurch einmal mehr der Staubsauger geschwungen worden wäre. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Es wäre natürlich schön, wenn die Hauptstraße hinter dem Haus nicht da wäre, aber es ist in Kroatien nun mal so, dass die Küstenstraße überall nah dran ist. Man gewöhnte sich schnell dran und nachts hat es auch nicht gestört. Das Einzige, was ich wirklich schade und unperfekt finde, ist die Schattensituation auf der Terrasse. Wir haben ja bewusst ein Zimmer mit einer großen Terrasse gewählt, um dort auch zwischendurch mal einen Tag zu verbringen und nicht nur auf den Liegen am Wasser zu liegen, sondern etwas mehr Privatsphäre zu haben. Ich hatte extra vor der Reise noch nach Schatten auf der Terrasse gefragt und Andrea teilte mir mit, dass durch den darüber liegenden Balkon Schatten gewährt würde. Das ist auch nicht falsch, gilt aber nur für die Morgenstunden und ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es im Hochsommer noch deutlich kürzer ist, als Anfang Oktober, bis der Schatten von oben schwindet. Es braucht dringend einen Sonnenschirm oder eine Markise/ein Sonnensegel, um es auf der Terrasse aushalten zu können. Ansonsten zahlt man den Mehrpreis für das schöne Zimmer mit großer Terrasse eigentlich vergeblich, weil man den Platz nicht nutzen kann. Wir haben uns zeitweise mit angebundenen Handtüchern am Geländer oder am Wäscheständer geholfen und uns auf den Liegen 'dahinter' verkrochen. Aber das kann allerhöchstens eine Notlösung sein und funktioniert auch nur, wenn die Sonne nicht zu hoch steht. Da müsste dringend eine Lösung her. Im Sommer würden wir aus diesem Grunde tatsächlich nicht hierherkommen, so gut es uns auch im Ganzen gefallen hat.

Traumhafte Unterkunft direkt am Meer – perfekt zum Entspannen

Sehr schöne, familiengeführte Unterkunft – alles extrem sauber mit traumhaftem Meerblick direkt am Strand. Ruhig gelegen, mit eigenem Privatstrand – perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Frühstück mit Meerblick war hervorragend. Die Besitzerin ist sehr herzlich, spricht gut Deutsch und hat uns tolle Tipps fürs Abendessen gegeben (Hotel Neva & Cibus Restaurant). Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolle Lage am Strand mit seiner Promenade. Schön eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr sauber. Schöne Möbel auf der Terrasse. Unterkunft mit Frühstück ist nicht die Regel in Kroatien und hat uns sehr gefreut. Es wird auf Wunsch auch Omlette, Spiegeleier oder Rührei zubereitet.
