Great value (in Paris) for the price paid.

Perfect location in the 11th arrondissement, a few minutes walk from the Cimetière du Père-Lachaise and Place de la Bastille. Well connected with public transport as well! The staff was very friendly and available for any questions/requests. Thank you!

A fine hotel for a short stay - very well located and serviced, but comfort was severely lacking.

This hotel is located very close to the Voltaire metro which was very well connected to everywhere I needed to get to. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants and shops in the immediate area, and also a short distance from the famous Père Lachaise Cemetery.

The rooms do not block any noise at all, from the hall or from the joining bedrooms. I felt like the person staying next door was staying with me as I could hear him so clearly through the walls. Despite the fact that the heating was on all the time, I found the room to be cold at all times. The heat was easily escaping through the spaces between the door and the floor during a particularly cold visit. The bathroom was not very clean, and the shower is quite awkward as it is literally a few inches from the toilet itself. I would not recommend to anyone with mobility issues as the stairs are steep and there is no lift. I was on the 5th floor.

It served a turn, but I won't be making a reservation at this hotel again.

The price for the quality of the accommodation, I thought, was high. My room was on the 3rd floor, up a single narrow stairway. I would hate to have to escape in the night or day if there was a fire. Put it this way, I wouldn't stay there again.

Shabby room and bedding and curtains. Unwelcoming. Im glad it was just for one night.

Nice stay

A very quiet place apart from usual people coming and going. No smell (I think this is important as bad smell will ruin a room). Helpful hosts. Not a positive or negative but this room was very small but that is what you get for the money and location. Im not complaining and had no problem with the room size.

Only minor: Sink could have done with a plug and needed toilet paper restocked.

The Best Value in All of Paris

The staff were wonderful. The proximity to the Voltaire Metro was unbeatable. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, and supermarkets in every possible direction. Easy walking distance to Bastille. I was surprised by how comfortable the bed was and how clean the rooms were. A modest but charming little hotel that's more than up to the task. There's no elevator, but the staircases are tiny. My room was on the second floor and I could easily walk it in about ten seconds carrying the heaviest stuff I had. (Each staircase has only three or four stairs...)

Very light on amenities. The tiny television was up on the ceiling. The toilet was a combination shower/toilet... common in smaller Parisian hotels... but clean and dry. No refrigerator. Not even a mini fridge. No fan. Seemed to be heated somehow at least... No coffee machine or tea pot. Really just bed, desk, lamp, soap, and towels. Good enough, though.

Great for basic needs. Staff was nice and the location and access to public transport (which is very easy to use) was amazing. Great value for the price.

Lots of stairs and no lift. Was fine but we had lots of bags (so not hotels issue). Lady on reception was super friendly and helpful. Room was as expected and they supplied some shower gel which was good. We were on the second floor (I think) but could hear snoring rather loudly from the next room. All in all - well worth the money 👍🏼 we wish them the best

As above - we were on suite but the snoring from a neighbour room was heard. I’m sorry we didn’t raise this with the property (at was fab otherwise).

Not bad for a place to sleep, bring earplugs!

Good location, closely to Metro line #9, lots of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity.

Like many places in Paris, there is no elevator. The floor in the corridors were was uneven but not a problem in the room. The worst thing was the thin walls. I was often woken up several times during the night by neighbours coming back late, having a shower early in the morning and conversation.

Very nice and simple accomodation with great location (the quarter is really cool and easily accessible by the metro)m very frienndly personnel.

The rooms was somewhat dark, but that was not a big of an issue.

Great stay.

They were very accommodating to our arrival time. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is excellent with great places to eat just a short walk away. The rooms are not that big but have everything you need to have a pleasant time. Since our flight was later in the day, they let us leave the luggage while we finish visiting different nearby places.

There was no elevator and we carried heavy suitcases up to the 3rd floor. Be aware of this ig you travel with heavy luggage.

Excellent stay, really close to metro, I slept perfectly in this place. Very Recommended

I liked the privacy and that it was really comfy place. I liked that I was able to perfectly rest from a long walking day around the city. The Tv in the room was great and I even watched a match from the world cup with out any problems. The metro station is like 2 blocks from the hotel which is located in an alley so that was for me really great.

Everything is a bit run down and lacking in comfort, the sheets on the bed were clean but the warm blanket on top had stains on it. But for one night while passing through Paris it was fine.

Good value for a private room in Paris! Location is convenient, wifi was good and the lady at the reception was nice and helpful.

There is no shower area, there is literally a shower installed in a washroom. It was still okay for me as a solo traveller and for one night.

the staff are very friendly and the hotel it’s pretty close to Voltaire metro, supermarkets and coffee shops.

the building smells like smoke and the bed it’s not very comfortable.
