There was nothing to not like- the hotel is located in a central area of the city with easy access to everything; the property is clean and well serviced with onsite spa/room service etc.; breakfast had many choices- cooked to order eggs/soups/salad, fruit and so much more and it was excellent. The beds are super comfortable. Above all the staff are exceptional and really attentive to your needs; Nancy at the front desk helped us a lot and there were several others also. Communication was great, even before we arrived. We stayed a total of 5 nights in between trips to Halong Bay which we also booked thru the hotel and was excellent and Siem Reap. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
