Superb location and vacation spot but ran into an untruthful person

The view and the place is overall amazing. It’s a small quaint place that I would come to over and over. I could’ve spent my whole vacation here. The breakfast was also very good. The older gentleman that we checked in with was such a delight. He is top tier hospitality.

Tony one of the workers was untruthful. He told us you cannot order gojek to the hotel because of some bogus reasoning of them not being allowed in Lovina even though we took a gojek to the hotel from the harbor to arrive. My advice for anyone who stays here is to just trust your own instincts and not listen to Tony. He isn’t someone who is to be trusted being that it was clear he was trying to get us to use his friend as a driver for over 150,000 more rupiah than necessary.

Stunning friendly location and facilities.

Huge thank you to Mega ( boss lady) Tony, Ayu and Wayan. The service was fantastic. Rooms cleaned everyday at our convenience, breakfast was accommodating at any time of morning to suit. We had 2 rooms and both were huge, and had all the things you need to feel at home from kitchen was to multiple areas to chill. The balcony was expansive and had many options to chill in the hot evenings allowing outdoor access to the best and peaceful coast you could imagine . On occasion we made a call to reception and they catered to our dinner which was first class, fresh and delicious. Every morning the staff were on the beach raking and cleaning the beach, presenting a classic luxury beach for hotel guest. Thanks again, will recommend this hotel unreservedly.

Located by the beach, the room was very spacious and well equipped. Helpful and friendly staff. I arranged the dolphin tour for 100k right in front of the hotel. Beautiful sunset by the beach. 1h away from sekumpul waterfalls.

I booked the cheapest room and it was facing the road, and was very noisy during the day, fortunately not at night. Next time I'll book room with pool view.

Breakfast was ok, staff were good. Can watch sunrise then sunset from the same spot on the beach. Reasonable fish place on the beach, 2 minute walk away

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Dolphin Beach. Wonderful helpful staff.

I ordered a Continental breakfast each morning with fresh fruit Tea toast and fruit juice.

The room I was given had a sunken bath with overhead shower but I couldn’t get into the bath.The manager allowed me to use their walk in shower in their apartment which was very kind of them.

Friendly and helpful staff, good price, lovely quiet pool area

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable, but would recommend perhaps booking an ocean view room because the front room is near the road and little dark. The pool is so lovely and quiet with a nice view down onto the beach. Staff were helpful for getting taxis and recommendations.

It’s a little far from the main area in Lovina where the bars and restaurants are but it was only about 15/20 minutes to walk or the hotel could provide a shuttle!

Mooi appartement

Een mooie accomodatie aan de zee met een zwembad daartussenin. Wat wil je nog meer? Wij hadden Penthouse 2 (family appartment). Het uitzicht is prachtig. Heerlijk ruime accomodatie. De staff staat continu voor je klaar, niets is te gek.

De badkamer is groot, maar kan een update gebruiken.

Voor een paar nachten prima

Het personeel was erg aardig en attent. Ze gingen uit zichzelf paraplu’s voor ons zoeken ivm de regen. Ook extraatjes zoals iets ander ontbijt voor onze dochter of sambal matah bij het eten waren geen probleem. Kamers zijn heel erg ruim!

De douche is erg slecht te regelen. Hierdoor alleen het bad gebruikt. Weinig voorzieningen in de omgeving (Tip: supermarkt Pepito is erg uitgebreid, eten in het restaurant zelf is goed en restaurant Dapoer Koe moet je zeker heen gaan!!). Schoonmaakbeleid is onduidelijk, op de laatste volle dag vroegen ze pas of ze de kamer schoon moesten maken. Het golfkarretje op de foto’s is niet meer in gebruik, staat met 4 lekke banden op het terrein.

In Loviana moet je zeker een dolfijn tour doen en verder snel weer weg.

Kamer was oke maar verre van luxe. Beetje oud alles en eenvoudig.

De kamer was eenvoudig, kamer lag aan voorzijde bij een drukke weg (veel herrie) en buitenruimte was er niet echt om lekker buiten te zitten. Strand was smerig door aangespoeld plastic dat hier in geheel Lovina niet wordt opgeruimd. In de avond is er in Loviana niets te beleven. Nee geen leuke plek. Alleen de dolfijn tour is erg leuk. Moet je doen

De deur sloot niet goed, de kamer was bijna op de straat, er werd geen eten geserveerd en het was vies. Het ontbijt was een kuipje jam met 2 geroosterde boterhammen.
