The villa in Lovina comes highly recommended. It is on top of a hill and is therefore very quiet. The villa has enough space for eight people and both the pool and the outdoor area are very clean. Both employees are super nice, come by every day, wash and clean. On request, for a small surcharge, there is also daily fresh breakfast and warm lunch! If you book a scooter to drive, there are also many delicious restaurants nearby. There is very little tourism here compared to the other cities. All in all, the villa is highly recommended, also with regard to the price-performance ratio!

Exceptional

Beside the stunning villa actually Henny and Ketut stole our hearts with theire kindness and lovely caring behaviour. Henny’s food was outstanding, super delicious and made with love. We had one day off at the villa and Henny and Ketut took care off us all day long, food, cold drinks, our laundry like everything we could imagine. They even organise motorcycle, massages for all of us and a lovely tattoo artist for our memories at the villa.

It was a fun and interesting experience

The location is very beautiful and it is good to relax and enjoy the sound and view of nature. The villa is very clean and comfortable, as well as hospitality and care by both of Henny and her husband.

Pushy messages asking constantly for tips

We received over three messages asking to tip the housekeepers even though we asked for no housekeeping. They didn't make the beds or change the towels. It's so weird because we live in Bali and this is the first time we were asked to pay a hotel's staff for their actual job. Or to pay extra for breakfast/cleaning when it should be included in the price. Do these housekeepers not get paid by their employers?

Voor rust en ontspanning is dit de perfecte locatie.

De rust en het prachtige buiten verblijf met zwembad. Henny en Ketut zijn geweldig en ondersteunen bij waar nodig. Henny kookt heerlijk en kan zelfs een scooter voor regelen zodat je wat mobieler bent in de afgelegen omgeving.

De faciliteiten binnen zijn flink verouderd en hebben wel echt onderhoud nodig. Daardoor lijkt het soms minder schoon en wat smoezelig in de badkamers en keuken.

Goed verzorgd, heerlijk kunnen ontspannen, prachtige zonsondergangen

Bij aankomst waren Henny en Ketut (het stel dat het huis beheert) er om ons welkom te heten en het diner stond klaar. Hoe relaxt is het om 's avonds aan te komen en het eten staat klaar! Een paar dagen van te voren had Henny me al geappt (in goed engels) om te vragen of we vervoer nodig hadden en of ze voor ons zou koken. Henny's eten was beter dan dat van de restaurants aan het strand, ze heeft 2x voor ons gekookt. Ontbijt was ook prima en helemaal op maat, Henny had bijv ongevraagd pannenkoeken gemaakt en daar waren mijn dochters blij mee. Het was heerlijk om hier een paar dagen te zijn, helemaal privé, we hebben ervan genoten. Ook kon je mensen van een spa naar de locatie laten komen, dit hebben we dan ook gedaan voor een massage en pedicure. Zwembad was heel schoon en prima formaat (niet klein). Uitzicht vanaf de berg heel mooi en daardoor ook mooie zonsondergangen. Henny heeft ook voor ons 2e keer vervoer geregeld en een trip om de dolfijnen te spotten en een keer wat boodschappen gehaald. Fijn dat je echt ontzorgd wordt!

Alles was prima en heel fijn, als ik dan 2 minpunten moet noemen is het de locatie helemaal bovenaan de berg (maar dat wist ik wel van tevoren), je gaat niet even naar het strand. Aan de andere kant is vervoer makkelijk te regelen en we hebben er ook niet echt last van gehad. Twee van de slaapkamers waren aan de krappe kant, weinig ruimte om je koffer neer te leggen (maar werk je ook wel weer omheen). De 3e slaapkamer was echter heel groot, daar ruimte zat. Bedden waren prima, gewoon goed, maar niet uitstekend.
