The location was excellent, the rooms were clean and spacious. When the facilities clogged they arranged to have it fixed within an hour or so - turns out there were tree roots in the pipes. The property manager was quick to respond to messages and helped us organise day trips. Great area for both sunrise and sunset. Beach is kept clean and full of various activity - security guards are around to watch over the space.

Wifi was unreliable. The property manager organised a driver for us for one day who had just finished a 12 hour shift and would be heading into another 12 hour shift after he finished driving us, so we felt really guilty for heading out on the day we had planned and were genuinely concerned. The door was incredibly difficult to lock. Do not attempt to cook in this kitchen it does not have proper utensils or cookware. My questions to the staff were answered in obtuse and vague ways (but possible this was due to language barrier) - I asked about laundry and meals (the hosts told us we could request meals be made for a fee, but staff told us they could only help us cook if we bought ingredients - might be a good offer for someone else who knows what they are doing and doesn't have three kids, but this was our first time in Bali and we didn't even know where to go to shop. Did not feel comfortable asking for help again.
