A very enjoyable and relaxing stay made even better by the service and friendly staff.

Fantastic location, friendly staff. Breakfast was very good, the overall level of service by all staff was excellent and the beach club was a big positive.

Rooms are cosy, We didn’t book a beach view room so there was no balcony.

The location was really good and close to everything. Very beautiful view from the balcony! Clean and nice room. The cleaning and reception staff were very helpful and service minded!

The hotel is in need of an renovation, could be so elegant with the extra touches both inside and outside. Also, the staff in the restaurant were quite rude and not interested to give the extra to the guests. Talked a lot with each other in the other room or other family members visiting the restaurant. There is some improvements and not really a 4 star hotel.

Beautiful old hotel directly on the bay. It has a salt water pool, grotto and beach. The staff was wonderful. Classic building perfectly located

Location is magic

Fabulous location, the pool is great as are the many pool chairs and umbrellas.

It is very old fashioned, for the location it really needs a complete renovation as it would be spectacular then. My room was tiny and the bathroom although clean, was microscopic. Thankfully I was on my own

Great location, great staff….small rooms.

I loved how clean it was and the staff was amazing. I also liked the private beach. Again lifeguards were very helpful and the bartender Alessandro we’re all great. The comfort of going out and having an umbrella and chairs available was great. Great location!

I didn’t like that the building looked beat up from the outside. Rooms didn’t have irons or a microwave. I definitely didn’t like the price. It was way too much foe the small rooms.

Excellent Hotel in Stunning Italian Riviera!

Fantastic views from the balcony, lovely pool and sea lagoon for swimming. Great service from staff , especially clean and elegant Hotel. Wonderful selection from bar and good varied breakfast.

Bathroom a bit small but we understand the rooms are being redesigned and made bigger when it closes for the winter.

Very clean traditional Italian hotel. Great beachfront location in a very picturesque marina! Staff attentive and friendly.

Charming hotel with excellent view and breakfast

Hotel is charming, even though old, it is clean and very nice! Staff is friendly and very helpful! View was excellent toward the bay. Great location, walked around town easily, then took the car to neighboring towns like Portofino. Breakfast with a view was excellent. Both the food and the view! It is absolutely worth it!

If you come with a car, there is no parking while you check in. They have their own lot across the street that you can use after you checked in, it's just hard to park at first.

Great location but really not a 4star hotel

Amazing location on the beach and close to the town

This property needs renovation. We travel to Italy a lot and know they mainly do quaint and not modern hotels however the hotel really does need renovation. The doors in the toilet downstairs looked like you were in a public toilet. The reception staff were all lovely and so helpful but the waitress and waiters were not. Service was slow and breakfast in particular not good

The location was great. The view was magnificent and it was close to all amenities. Walking distance from the train station. Staff very accommodating.

The coffee and location

Old hotel , over priced , run down Charged 3.50 euro for a bottle of water disgusting, breakfast poor overcooked hard scrambled eggs , we paid over $500 a night with. Street view , no upgrades when we arrived and the hotel was empty. Never again

Wonderful stay at Hotel Helios

The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach, offering beautiful views and easy access to the sea. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend booking a room on the first floor with a terrace overlooking the bay — it's a fantastic way to start and end your day. The room was spacious, equipped with both a ceiling fan and air conditioning, and was cleaned twice daily, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was fresh and tasty . A perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. We'd definitely come back

Fantastic views and property!

The property was beautiful with the most incredible views. We were given a room with a large terrace overlooking the ocean, just lovely! The restaurant was nice and the breakfast included was delicious with many hot and cold options. The room was pretty and very clean, while the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. we checked in early and while our room was not ready they send our bags up when it was while we went out and explored the area. It was literally steps from the train station…

Our only problem was that we wished we could have stayed longer!

This hotel is in a great location, right on the water and easy walking distance from the station, as long as you stick to the road and not the stairs. The room was great and the staff were all very friendly. There is a bus stop just outside that takes you to Rapallo and Portofino which is really handy.
