disappointing

warm but no airco or mosquito proof windows to open, uncomfortable bed covering (cushions), no pre warning that this week all mountain restaurants and cable cars were closed. Left for home after two days.

Perfect location for a ski trip!!!

fantastic hotel facilities, everything is like new, well maintained, right by the lift with the ski storage being literally two meters away. nice attention to detail for breakfast and dinner, you had your table witb your name on it. the pool at the top is fantastic having both an inside and outside section, with the water being nice and warm. honestly whoever books this, won’t be dissapointed. Also the most important part to mention is Bart’s level of service. To ensuring our food adjustments were made (I am a picky eater), to being super mindful by packing us breakfast bags as we had to leave at 6am to catch a flight. He is what a textbook example is of good service and the team there are ver lucky to have him.

Perhaps a few more international food options are needed.

Booking.com needs to label the rooms better! I chose “mountain Suite” and it gave me a classic Suite w a side view, looking at the gondola building. this was not the hotels fault but caused a lot of delay and confusion when checking in, and made it seem like we were high maintenance guests. Booking.com, you need to look into this poor reservation experience!

Nice Breakfast, friendly personell, very clean, very quiet. super close to lift (right outside the door), bus stop and shopping. Parking right in front of hotel

Mattresses were completely saggy, very unpleasant. "Family area" in the spa is only a room with sunbeds, not very child friendly. We ordered dinner a la carte, menu sounded great, prices were midrange, but dishes were not really tasty and a little bland.

Mooi hotel nabij skilift

Prachtig hotel. Mooie sfeervolle kamer, alles zeer schoon. Locatie bij gondels. Goede parkeergarage met laadplaatsen. Bij halfpension een heerlijk lunchbuffet vanaf 15.00 uur.

‘s Middags tot in de avond hing een sterke etensgeur op ons balkon en in de kamer als de balkondeur (een beetje) openstond (derde verdieping, achterkant hotel). Diners vielen tegen. Ongezellige placemats op tafel; geen tafellinnen. Klein saunagedeelte. De bio-sauna is helaas een textiel-familiesauna.

Manchmal hat das Personal uns ignoriert. Z.b. um eine Flasche Wein bestellen zu können, haben wir letzten Abend 30 Minuten gewartet. Wir wollten uns aber bei einem jungen Mann (Kristian) bedanken, der uns immer eine Auge geworfen hat!

Wunderbare Zeit leider zu kurz

Ein schickes Hotel mit nicht allzuviel Firlefanz aber trotzdem schön wunderbares Frühstück, üppige Nachmittagsjause und sehr gutes Abendessen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage direkt neben dem Lift ist toll.

Mein Aufenthalt war rundum hervorragend das Zimmer, der Service und die Atmosphäre waren perfekt. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kann das hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

Das Personal ist sehr Freundlich. Die Zimmer waren Tiptop Sauber. Man hat für den Preis viel inklusive. Für das Morgenessen hatte man sehr viel Auswahl. Der Spa bereich war gut

Den Spa Bereich könnte man etwas grösser machen. Pool z.B grösser. Der Fernseher im Zimmer hat viele Programme jedoch geht mehr als die Hälfte nicht, dies wäre sicher zu verbessern.
