Nice location and appropriate services for the level

Very nice room and spa area. Located on the slopes and also close enough to Sankt Anton as well. Nice breakfast, afternoon snacks and overall food experience. Some saunas have glass doors not perfectly sealed, very pretty but cool down too quickly sometimes making the sauna as experience not as it should be. Nice menu at dinner but whilst some dishes are very well executed, some others, still quite good, could be improved (same for some afternoon tee snacks). Rooms get way too warm even with heaters off and the beds could be more comfortable, especially the queen bed with separated single mattresses create a big division feeling almost like twins beds. It would be nice to have kettle in the room. Very nice staff. Overall very positive experience

Nice ski-to-door hotel

+ cosy and clean interiors + very nice indoor pool, which we enjoyed after skiing + nice and varied food. Impossible to have just a light dinner before going to bed :) + friendly and polite employees, who do their best to give the appropriate attention to every guest even when the hotel is full + perfect location, a few steps away from the slopes

- no possibility to adjust the temperature in your room - rooms are not soundproof. You can hear everything in the stairs and hallway and in this holiday we discovered (to our disappointment) how many people enjoy having a chitchat in the hallway, regardless of the hour. Moreover, since our room was on the first floor we could also hear the party noises from the bar two nights during our stay and it was quite difficult to fall or to remain asleep before the party was over.

nice rooms, comfortable. Nice mountain setting behind, but entry directly on main road

Hospitality: quite below the mountain resort standards, especially if you compare it with south-Tyrol, that is the Italian side of the same mountains. Food options and quality quite average, and the price for it was high. Wellness area nice, but not as wide and full of options as equal 4 stars resorts typically have in south-Tyrol. Reception staff quite stiff and unsympathetic to my very subdued and very slight remark about dinner price of previous evening.

Schönes Hotel aber durch Reisebusgruppen leider nichts für uns

Sehr großzügiges Zimmer. Bergseite sehr ruhig. Sehr sauber

Der erste Abend war toll. Leckeres Essen und entspannte Atmosphäre. Am Tag darauf kamen zwei Reisebusse an und die hatte Atmosphäre war leider zerstört. Unmögliches Benehmen am Buffet, sehr laut und viele Betrunkene.
