Super hotel perfect for skiing

Beautiful location and very attractive well run hotel with epic views. It feels more like a 5 star boutique hotel. Super staff - friendly reception and lovely bar and restaurant. I had 2 excellent dinners in the restaurant. Spa was good although small.

The least customer oriented hotel we have seen in Austria

- we have got a renovated room which was almost as good as the pictures in internet - nice Wellness area, almost fully made new - some employees were trying to be friendly

The hotel is trying to get each cent from the guests where possible. As a guest you have a feeling that you disturb the hotel staff: - 750ml bottle of water for dinner is 7,5 euro. And this is the only option to get water for kids for dinner. The first time in Austrian hotel I see no chance to get „mountain water“ which the region is so proud of - We had to stay for 2.5 hours at the dinner waiting for the food because there was a bigger group celebrating birthday in the hotel restaurant. The response of a waiter was: sorry, there is bigger group we have to serve altogether - In Finnish sauna you will get 70 degrees compared to 80-90 standing on sauna front - Massage will be 45 minutes instead of 50 minutes announced - Massage is worse than okey(ish) - SPA is open until 19:30 only - No option to cool down after saune (no ice machine, no cold water in showers) - Indoor swimming pool is small and super busy - Vey small gym - Dinner is moderate, some dishes were good - changing - Breakfast is not changing from day to day - The worst is staff unfriendliness (long read as a not only example is below) I have booked a massage and was too late for the treatment. My fault which I admitted at reception. The lady at reception said nothing (no even Hello) except for „but you have to pay it anyways“. To my remark to consider not the full payment, after long discussion she said she was going to approach her chef. No one said anything to me. At the check-out I saw a full price at the bill. The chef, totally unfriendly tired woman, was appearing after the call of the receptionist. She simply did not let me talk. I was saying one word, she added ten. After I was asking her to let me say a full sentence, she said (I quote) „I am already listening to you for ten minutes“ (no, it was three minutes).

No AC, I couldn't even open my windows most of the due to the fact that next room has smokers sitting on the balcony. Be aware that the daily transport ticket given to you at the reception is not free, unlike all other previous similar tickets I had during my stay in Austria. AC in the restaurant is old and poor, it was very hot.

The best hotel in the region

We liked everything. A beautiful hotel in a quiet place but with easy access and a ski bus right outside the hotel, and the one to Ischgl 3 minutes even in ski boots, ok. Large rooms, we were in a Suite, very stylish, thoughtful, comfortable huge bed, always fresh water, coffee, view of the mountains, blackout blinds, huge shower. The food completes the whole stay, we were delighted. Elegant dinners, several dishes to choose from, sensational soups, desserts, top main courses. Delicious breakfasts, local products, cheeses, bread, a large selection of cold cuts, freshly squeezed juices. Wellness is excellent, probably the best we've been to, intimate quiet beautiful, you can drink water tea to read. The hotel bar has a wonderful evening atmosphere, very good drinks, a bartender with a smile, all this encourages you to relax after dinner and a day of skiing. Get to know the history of the hotel. We felt luxurious and special.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere. Need a car to get around or walk 15 to 20 min to get in the village. Pool outside not heated. Afternoon snacks just "meh"

Absolute wunderschöne Familienskiferien in einem hervorragenden Hotel

Das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht herausragend. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich, qualitativ hochwertig und geschmacklich ausgezeichnet. Das Servicepersonal ist äusserst aufmerksam, freundlich und stets zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das Housekeeping-Team: Jeden Tag wurden wir mit liebevoll arrangierten Betten und kreativ gestalteten Handtuch-Details überrascht, ein echtes Highlight. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren ebenfalls ausgesprochen freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere nächsten Skiferien werden wir definitiv wieder hier verbringen. Vielen Dank für die grossartige Gastfreundschaft!

Kleine Anmerkung, Pool ist etwas zu kalt.

Wspaniałe jedzenie, troskliwa dyskretna opieka właścicielki, bardzo przyjemna część z saunami i basenem. Dodatkowo wszystkie praktycznie dania były dostępne w wersji bezglutenowej, w tym nawet wspaniały Kaiserschmarrn.

Personal (Dean ist unglaublich aufmerksam), Lage, Ausstattung, Essen, Spielzimmer, Rooftop Whirlpool

Nur Kleinigkeiten, aber diese können viel ausmachen. Die Dauer der Familiensauna: 30 Minuten mehr (bis 17 Uhr) würden schon reichen. Wenn der erste Schuttle von der Bergbahn Nachmittags erst um 16:10 Uhr am Hotel ist, kann man nicht mit den Kids bis 16:30 Uhr in der Sauna gewesen sein. Gästesofa für die Kids ist sehr unbequem.

Hotelbesucher haben sich nicht an die Vorgaben des Hotels gehalten. Kinder im Spa-Bereich für Erwachsene sowie Kinder ausserhalb der offiziellen Zeiten im Hallenbad.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel

Das tolle Ambiente und die sehr schöne Einrichtung schaffen eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber, die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Vielseitiges Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffet, auch das Abendessen ist sehr lecker.
