Clean and good value for your money. The parking garage is free of charge and an added bonus. Some say it is very tight but with a normal car it is easy doable.
It can become a bit hot in your room depending on the season, there is no airco. When opening a window it can be noisy, especially on the street side.

The property was well placed for my purposes.
The room was extremely small and warm
No Ac I do know that this is normal in Europe, but being an American brand I would expect a bit more comfort . I was just given a fan. Bathroom was also very small with no amenities. Small closet and no drawers for my clothes . I could have used a bottle of water. This would not be my first choice next time .
