The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The night before my arrival, I called the hotel with a few questions, and they were happy to help me with everything — all in English, since my German is very rusty. 😄
On check-out day, the receptionist was once again very friendly and helpful, and communication in English was no problem at all.
I arrived quite late, so I had to check in myself using the computer at the entrance. It was surprisingly easy and quick, which made the late arrival completely hassle-free.
Overall, a very friendly and welcoming experience!

Location. Bed was comfy.
Too bare minimum. Very small rooms. Carpets make the small rooms even more stuffy. Carry your own toiletries; no iron, no kettle in the room. Cleaning on demand only by scanning QR code in the room.
