    I booked the small room and still. It’s small but i’ve got everything and i don’t feel like i have Claustrophobia at all haha. Everything you could possibly get from a big hotel, you get it here as well. And the bed was sooooo good! I have no complains and already booked back again with a larger room this time

    Some parts of the room were not fully clean. A lot of dust on corner. At least the bed is clean. The drain on the floor in the bathroom was almost blocked. Thank god the drain in shower was ok but there will be a pond out of the shower. Also, my booking got cancelled several times. Not sure what is the reason. I don’t think I will book it again when I travel to Düsseldorf

    Friendly staff at check in, Very rude upon check out! The hotel was requesting me to leave lobby and adressed I would not consume their products and therefore should leave as house rule at 8 p.m., I was passing before a complete good review and bought their little offers during my stay all paid. The staff was random and the hotel management did not reply on query within one business week. I still expect a refund, due to the incident the property claimed it is unwishing a German citizen to return to return to a hotel in capital of state of north Rhine Westphalia in Center of Düsseldorf with incomparable impertinence. Did not agree to their way to treat guest client relations! Would toss that stay from itinerary in city of Düsseldorf a lot better hotels!
