    Some parts of the room were not fully clean. A lot of dust on corner. At least the bed is clean. The drain on the floor in the bathroom was almost blocked. Thank god the drain in shower was ok but there will be a pond out of the shower. Also, my booking got cancelled several times. Not sure what is the reason. I don’t think I will book it again when I travel to Düsseldorf

    do you stay here in Summer, the WHOLE hotel has NO Aircon. The room i was put in didn't even have a fan. It was such a hot summer and i could not sleep with this heat, Definitely one of the worst stays i have ever had. The staff are polite and lovely but that is really about it. And don't be deceived by the descriptions that say it has aircon. None of the rooms has.
