Perfect for a weekend in Düsseldorf. It was very practical for us that it was next to the main station. Simple rooms but it had everything we needed.

The staff were very polite. When I first arrived at the room, everything was clean, and it was in a very central location. If I were to come back, this is where I would choose to stay.
When I tried to reach the front desk, I couldn’t get a quick response because there was no phone in the room and it took a long time to connect to the phone numbers. The TV in the room wasn’t connected to the internet, so I had trouble with that.

Really close the the train station, which was handy. Pretty close walk to everything that we wanted to do. The room was mostly clean.
The room was pretty clean except for the floors. They were really dusty. Not immediately noticeable, but anything you sat or slid across the ground ended up dusty. We got locked out of our room. We had the key, but it wasn't working. One of the cleaning ladies tried to let us in, but couldn't get it open either. The reception ended up helping. The lock was bumped inside before we left, so we couldn't get back in. Easy mistake and could easily happen again.
