I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The facilities were well maintained, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were professional and welcoming. The overall experience was excellent, and I would certainly consider staying here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the 'suite pad' (tablet) in my room made it easy to access additional information. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable, as was the bathroom. The wi-fi was fast, enabling me to catch up on viewing games from the Flag Football World Championships, which had brought me to Dusseldorf.
