Very bad value for your money! I could take an apartment for this money and not be pissed.

Hard to tell. There was breakfast, which was acceptable.

Where to start. I paid 111 EUR for a 4 star hotel. I arrived at around 7 PM. There was no room service. I went to the restaurant, and it was closed. In the hotel room there was only an empty!!! bottle of water, as welcome! There was nobody at the reception, I made self check in and out.

Good breakfast, pleasant room

On-line check-in did not work since it required payment to be made at the same time, yet I had already paid on reservation so the check-in did not work, despite wasting a lot of time. Therefore I had to use check-in outside the hotel in the carpark at night in the cold. The process was lengthy and annoying when all I wanted to do was to get into the building and find my room. The AI assistance over the phone seemed generally good but could not help with check-in

Good breakfast Quite clean

The mattress was really hard, and the pillows provided were either too soft or too thick/hard. We were not able to rest the two days of our stay. The sheets had stains and tears. No air conditioning in the room for a 4 stars hotel is not acceptable. The bathroom was clean but there was a strong smell of humidity, so we had to keep the door closed. The wifi in the room was very slow (20 mbps!) and the big tv was not useful at all given the impossibility to connect to the internet or to a device. We even had to pay extra for a bag of tea (2.50€), something that is usually provided in the room for this price category.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, breadkfast is good (but not exceptional)

There is no air conditioning in the room. Unfriendly staff during check-in. The device outside to check in didn't work. Also it's not possible to park your car in front of the hotel to offload luggage. There is no possibility to charge an EV. The parking garage was full so we had to park somewhere on the street. While cheaper than the parking garage, street parking is not free.

A wonderful stay in paradise, with a few rough edges

Good location, wonderful views, very good breakfast. Easy check-in. Easy access to many restaurants, wineries and hiking paths.

People chain smoking on balconies. Loud group drinking and smoking in front parking lot late Saturday/early Sunday.

The location and the spacious room

The room was spacious but it appeared a bit odd that there was a sofa but no coffee-table there was also very little space to put things i.e. an extra chair or similar, so there was limited comfort There was only provided a bottle water when we arrived - we asked in the reception but was told that we had to buy the water ourselves We stayed for three nights but we did not have any cleaning during our stay Breakfast was a bit uninspiring considering the price of the hotel

Very good, close to town

We spent four nights here whilst visiting family. Modern hotel within easy walking distance of the town. Our room was large with a spacious seating area and TV. The bathroom had a separate toilet, large shower cubicle and raised bath. There was good wardrobe space and a large full length mirror. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold food. Parking was available in a secure car park only accessible by guests.

Our room had not been serviced when we returned late afternoon on the first day. Staff apologised but said they had been busy. Coffee etc were not replaced when we returned in the evening but the beds were made and we had fresh towels. We were told that coffee etc was only provided free for the first day and there was a charge for subsequent days. We declined. On checking out I mentioned this and said guests should be informed if this was the case only to be told that this was not correct and it should have been replaced every day. However they did deduct one night’s parking charge by way of compensation.

The beds were comfy, shower excellent, breakfast was a great range, good food possibilities at the hotel bar/shop

The room and hall was smelly (like not long used drains or so) and you couldn't sleep qwith the window open, because it was very loud from the breakfast room plus terrace underneath(even though we were on the 2nd floor)

problem with unsufficient parking space, handicapend parking was often occupied by non-handicapped persons. when complaining about it at the reception ,Iwas told that I could use another hotel, if I did not like this one. this unfriendly message I got from the director herself! in addition to that, TV did not work for 3 out of 5 days. I think I will not come back to a hotel, wher I am treated that way.

Got a beautiful room with a view of the garden for a very low price. Very practical bathroom with shower. Very quiet during the night. Located very centrally in Bad Honnef and yet quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The hotel has a parking garage, wasn't on the website, wasn't mentioned at check in either. Only found out at checkout. Maybe also provide charging facilities for EV in that garage?

Too expensive for what is offered.

The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was good. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in nice surroundings .

Staff wasn’t particularly friendly. I couldn’t park my car just for loading and unloading. The room was very hot, there is no airconditioning. For the price that we paid, I expect there to be airconditioning.
