U blizini je tramvajska i zeleznicka stanica. Luka, stari grad, do setalista u centru se moze tramvajem.
Nema potrebe stedeti na samponu i sapunu. Stepenice nema lifta.

Ligging was voor mij ideaal. Deed veel lopend en openbaar vervoer is goed geregeld. Typisch frans appartement. Alles aanwezig om tijdelijk in Nice te kunnen wonen. Goede ontvangst door hostess.
Regelmatig stonk het beneden,, omdat bijvoorbeeld een vuilniszak lekte. Wordt dan niet opgeruimd door de veroorzakers. Bij temperaturen van 30 graden is dat echt ranzig. Ook rookte iemand regelmatig in het portaal. Maar in het appartement rook je daar gelukkig niets van. Zoals gezegd typisch frans appartement.

Erinomainen sijainti, keskeisellä paikalla kuitenkin sopivan sivussa äänekkäistä ravintola kaduista. Lentokentältä suoraan viereen raitiovaunulla.

It is a lovely flat, well organised and clean. There is a Nespresso machine and washer in the bathroom. The location is very convenient, really close to the tram station (5min) close to restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, supermarket, bakery but not noisy. About 10/15 mins walking to the beach and old town.
Too many stairs to go up, didn’t bother me but should have been told before booking just in case. It could have been provided more powerful fans, it was really hot.
