2 BAVASTRO - Beau 2 pieces lumineux et cosy - Climatise

La ubicación es excepcional, a penas alejado del epicentro centro de Niza, pero con muy buena conexión por el tram y el tren para moverse por la Costa. Además departamento muy bien equipado hasta con cosas para la playa. Y el aire acondicionado para los días de calor es clave.

Nos ha tocado una habitación en un tercer piso sin ascensor. Ya que el ingreso es self podría ser más temprano

Great location. Apartment in a very quiet residential building. Train station 10 min walk. Grocery stores nearby. Fully equipped with cutlery, coffee machine, dishwasher etc. Very comfortable for 1 or 2 people.

Not bad things but the apartment could benefit from a full length mirror. There is also a deposit which isn’t mentioned here but it’s refunded fast.

Central location with gorgeous view, lots of space for two.

As it is on the busy street, you will her car noises during the day and occasionally at night. Might be a good idea to add some hooks/shelves in the bathroom.

Clean and very well located

I arrived late at night, after having informed that this will be the case, and I have been told that’s not a problem, but the front door of the building wasn’t working the way it should. So I only managed to get in because a neighbour was kind enough to answer to the bell I rang at 1.30 am and let me inside the building. The phone number I have been given in order to contact in case of requests wasn’t picking up when I called that late. So if it hadn’t been the case I would have found myself with accommodation in the middle of the night.
