Central location with gorgeous view, lots of space for two.

As it is on the busy street, you will her car noises during the day and occasionally at night. Might be a good idea to add some hooks/shelves in the bathroom.

It was a very nice and convenient place for 2-3 days. The location is also excellent.

Sewage smell, and dirty walls.

We enjoyed our stay in Nice. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen is equiped with everything needed. It is located just a couple of minutes of walk from the marine, train station, old town.

I suppose if you want you can find a lot of tiny details that are not quite perfect, but overall we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

Clean and very well located

I arrived late at night, after having informed that this will be the case, and I have been told that’s not a problem, but the front door of the building wasn’t working the way it should. So I only managed to get in because a neighbour was kind enough to answer to the bell I rang at 1.30 am and let me inside the building. The phone number I have been given in order to contact in case of requests wasn’t picking up when I called that late. So if it hadn’t been the case I would have found myself with accommodation in the middle of the night.
