The location was superb. Set in Idyllic countryside with no extraneous noises. Fabulous views of the stars at night and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Very handy for Montrose or Arbroath. The rooms were extremely comfortable. A lovely nights sleep. A very useful kitchen area in a separate room to make coffee. The bathroom was a delight, gorgeous roll top bath to luxuriate in whilst looking at the gorgeous garden

Absolutely everything. Jules was incredible, the perfect host who made every aspect of my stay amazing.
She was friendly, thoughtful and great fun to chat to.
The cottage was divine and beautifully furnished with lots of delightful art and ornaments. Sun lit airy rooms with beautiful views over the fields. Fabulous bathroom with wonderful toiletries. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out in the morning. Great hot beverage supplies and lovely shortbread was a treat. Great to have access to a fridge and microwave for simple meal preparation. Highly recommend the Upper Dysart Farm Shop.
The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful and a short distance to stunning Lunan Bay and Arbroath.
Jules provided lots of information on places to go and things to do which were highlights of my visit. Lots of amazing walks in all directions.
I will definitely be coming back to do some more exploring and enjoy more of Jules’ fabulous hospitality.
