The room was large and comfortable. Dinner was very good and staff friendly and efficient. They were always responsive and prepared to go the extra mile to make you welcome.
Breakfast was vey comprehensive but warm food on buffet was a little dry due to time in warmer.

Location was where we needed to be
We arrived early. Our bags were taken up to our room by a staff member. Such a nice gesture.
Room had a balcony- it was such a beautiful day to spend some time on the balcony watching the world go by.
The hotel was built in the late 1800s and insde the hotel were the beautiful original features.
The room was large and comfortable
There was a huge selection of food at Breakfast both hot / cold choices and staff could not do enough to help.

The room was an ample size and clean. Breakfast was great with good choice and set you up for the day. The hotel has good car parking. The hotel is well situated for the town centre.
We stayed in room 12 and found that access to electricity power points frustrating.. All sockets are at floor level, two sockets inside the wardrobe and no sockets adjacent the bed. An extension cable was provided but in my opinion that is quite a poor solution to the problem. A conduit could be run from the present sockets up to table level at very little cost with sockets placed adjacent the bed head board to include USB sockets. An easy solution which would make a more pleasant stay for persons in the room.
