the quadruple room booked and allocated was adequate. Fresh,, clean bed linen and towels were provided.
No breakfast ! One of the main reasons for booking this hotel was the full breakfast at £10.50 per person. I was travelling with my young grandsons who were looking forward to a full breakfast. At check in we were told there was no breakfast chef, but a continental breakfast would be available. We all agreed to settle for the continental breakfast. We went to the restaurant only to find the door was looked. We went back to reception and were offered an apology, explaining had we not been told that breakfast was not available. We explained we'd been told that continental breakfast was available. The receptionist was very pleasant and apologised and offered to get us continental breakfast consisting of cereal and toast. My grandchildren were not happy with this and we went elsewhere for breakfast. It would have been helpful if no breakfast would have been made clear at time of booking.
