La localización.

La limpieza, la cocina estaba bastante sucia, los platos y sartenes sucias. Muy poca luz.

The place is located in a very nice area. It is super spacious, equipped with all you would need and it was clean.

The communication with the personnel was not easy and stressful for me. That’s not want I want during my holidays. The place is Not comfortable if you wanna sleep with your partner. I did not like the bed since you have 2 separate mattresses and they simply fall apart. Also the coffee machine was a bit dirty. Strange rules that you need to clean the place before you leave as if there would Be no cleaning service between the guests

Residence meets expectations, the best thing i would say is the location, everything is close to the residence, the appartment itself is big, clean and equiped with the needed stuff, i would recommand !

Pleasant surroundings next to the river, reasonable walking distance to the city centre, easy access to public transport to the coast.

One bed was broken so one of us fell into it when sitting down. The room smelled like cigarettes… Be aware that there is no central air-conditioning thus it is super hot at night even with windows open. We needed to clean the kitchen before leaving which is strange when you pay for the service. The deposit is required while there is no check of the state of the property when entering. Plus there is extensive double communication coming from booking and the property managers (starting in french assuming that I speak the language when coming from another country :)), which is unnecessary.
