L'Hédoniste, Elégant T2, Clim, Centre Ville

Nous avons apprécié la propreté, les équipements de l'appartement. Il est bien situé près du centre et de la place de la comédie. Accessible à pied de la gare. Un bel appartement que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Il faut aller à Couette et oreillers tout près de la gare pour aller chercher les clés dans une boîte à clés. Je n'avais pas le code pour ouvrir la boîte à clés. En contactant la personne, on m'a rappelé que ces informations m'avaient été données lors de la réservation, il y a plusieurs mois. Gardez bien votre premier courriel qui sera bien utile.

The armchair could have been a bit bigger. We also like two pillows and there was only one pillow each. Would suggest contacting the owners in advance to request this if you are booking.

Great location and installations, the apartment is practically new

It had a leak in the WC faucet. The host sent someone to fix quickly

The office is very close to the train station so it was easy to pick up the keys. Our train was delayed but we still made it to the office before they closed. There was a lock box outside the office so even if we got there too late we could have picked up the keys. Very easy and convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and very convenient for shops, walking into the old town (5-7 minutes to Place de Comedie) and the tram system in Montpellier is excellent. Quick walk to all the tram lines. The boulongerie (Pains Medinteranee) is excellent and the staff are lovely. Super yummy breads and other treats. The pharmacy is also very helpful. The flat itself is fabulous. It really feels like someone used to live in the flat and upgraded it to a high standard. It didn't feel like a holiday flat....but a really nice home. Great decor, great facilities, well stocked kitchen equipment, everything you need. We stayed a month and it really felt like home. It's close to a school and it was nice to hear the children in the distance and see the comings and goings of the families. It felt like being part of a city.....and not a tourist spot. Highly recommend the flat.

The property could explain the recycling details a big more. France has a great recycling system but if you don't come from France you don't know their system. Also, the location of the glass recycling and other recycling bins would be useful. We figured it out eventually. The coffee machine stopped working, but as I had a Nespresso machine int he past I knew how to fix it....the water in Montpellier is hard so the machine needed to be properly cleaned. I bought the solution and cleaned the machine and it worked fine after that.
