La réactivité du propriétaire, l'emplacement du studio, sa proximité avec la gare, les stations de Tram et certains centres commerciaux.
La chaleur mais ça c'était la météo :)

Joli studio tout simple mais propre et agréable, bien placé dans une petite rue tranquille. Bon lit, assez grand. Radiateur électrique à disposition pour chauffer.
L'unique casserole minuscule et l'unique poêle en Téflon toute rayée. A changer.

Le logement est proche de la gare
Beaucoup d'humidité, environnement très bruyant, l'entrée du bâtiment pas du tout rassurante, évidement la photo n'est pas sur booking. J'ai eu mal au dos à cause du matelas hyper inconfortable. Pour un logement qu'on met en location il faudrait investir un peu plus.
