Location was great. It was in the middle of downtown. Plenty of shopping around.

I was charged twice for the same stay. This sucks. I need a refund.

For a night it's fine

The location was good, however so many guests were making a lot of noise in the middle of the night.

It didn't have a parking space on the site.

Great location in centro historico.

Rooms are very basic and have no ac, only a fan. There’s a really noisy bar under the hotel rooms. Vehicles and people very loud outside until 2am.

¡LO MEJOR PARA HOSPEDARSE EN QUERÉTARO!

Nos encantó TODO: Ubicación, trato del personal, la gentileza y atención de los propietarios, Maria José extraordinaria anfitriona, la recamara muy cómoda y todo lo que requerimos muy cerca. Los mercados Escobedo y José Ortiz de Dominguez también muy cerca. Es la mejor opción que hemos encontrado de todas las veces que hemos venido a Querétaro.

Excelente ubicación, la habitación estaba muy limpia, un lugar muy comodo!

Solo estaría perfecto que hubiera cortinas en todas las ventanas ya había una que daba al pasillo y entro la luz toda la noche

Pésimo servicio!!!

Locación cerca del centro

No tienen minisplit y ni aire acondicionado de ventana, la tele no se pudo ver, pedí apoyo para poder verla , quedó un joven en ir a checar en la habitación y nunca llego, había muchísimos moscos, tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta y ni así pude descansar, fue una pesadilla despierto mi estancia en ese hotel, no tiene elevador por si pensaban viajar con personas de la tercera edad. Y las camas rechinan como chiste de motel y hotel barato, el clásico "inki inki inki inki inki"

Buena a medias.

Solo la ubicación, esta frente a lo más céntrico de Querétaro.

Habitación 20. La pantalla no se apaga con el control, es touch... a más de dos metros de altura. La regadera moja para todos lados menos al centro, tiene mucho sarro. La taza del baño mal orientada, además tuve que pedir desodorante, el baño huele a caño. Todo es imaginario, no hay muebles. Toallas rotas. Para ser Querétaro, debería estar vigilado por las autoridades correspondientes.
