Good location, beautiful house

There was no hair dryer and nothing was done by the hotel to provide one. The water in the shower was COLD. Even if one waited for over ten minutes and complained to the reception desk, no warm water ever came out. They said the boiler was off. Nonsense. Impossible to take a shower.

Never again - I will not recommend this place.

It is in the center of the old Town.

I did not sleep much thé last night. Thé party rooms are right under the bedrooms and client played their music until 5 am. The staff never reacted.. I had to get really angry for them to do anything. The manager of the hotel has still not called me regarding what happened. Plus, In my first room, thé air conditioning did not work.

Poor wifi, Air conditioning didnt work, they gave us a very noisy fan, having a rest was impossible , there is no parking at the facilities and I had to use a place 3 blocks far for an extra fee

Lovely hotel in the centre of town

We had the Presidential Suite, two huge double beds, the most beautiful coffee table, two large crystal chandeliers, a jacuzzi etc. Great experience for one night. Very central.

The suite is at the front of the hotel, so there is street noise. It didn't really keep us awake on a Saturday night, but it might some.

Pésima experiencia. No volveremos

Agua fría que no pudieron arreglar. Necesitamos salir temprano y nos mandaron a una habitación del otro lado de recepción. Hacía muchísimo frío. Nadie ofreció disculpas ni una atención a nadie de mi familia éramos 5 personas en 2 habitaciones. Lástima que no cuiden al turismo No volveremos

Lieu fantastique. Ancien couvent. Grande chambre propre. Nous avons eu un problème de douche : pas d’eau chaude. Ils étaient prêts à nous changer de chambre, mais le problème a été vite résolu.

Risque de bruit quand il y a des clients bruyants car les chambres sont situées autour de la salle de restaurant. Ce ne fut pas le cas et nos 2 nuits ont été très calmes.

Decepción

La ubicación.

No funcionaba la tina de spa. Les falta aplicarse con el aseo y las instalaciones, la llave del lavabo estaba floja, la tina sucia y si. Funcionar. Nosotros lo elegimos por la tina de hidromasaje así que fue una decepción.

Pésimo servicio

Que es un hotel viejo y da ese ambiente de casona que asuntan

Que el personal no es nada atento, de hecho solo está la recepcionista que no resuelve nada , no tiene estacionamiento y te mandan a uno como media hora del hotel y cuando llegas dicen no hay lugar , y no hay maleteron que te ayuden con el equipaje

Lindo pero NO para descansar

La ubicación es excelente. El hotel es lindo, la comida es rica y las camas son muy cómodas.

Lamentablemente me tocó una habitación que da directamente con el restaurante. Por las mañanas hay mucho ruido y tuve la mala suerte de que hubo un evento desde las 7:30 AM con mucha gente y música fuerte. NO es un lugar de descanso. También tuve la mala suerte de que en recepción no tenían registro de mi reserva y fue un problema que no me querían dar la habitación, la cual, para rematar, tenía una cucaracha. La verdad mi estancia no fue agradable por este tipo de cosas y no volvería a hospedarme aquí, sólo visitaría su restaurante que es rico y muy lindo.

EL baño estaba limpio, sin embargo estaba presente el olor a drenaje. Aunque si mantenias la puerta del baño cerrada , no se percibia en el resto de la habitacio.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse! Lo reservé para conocer el centro de Querétaro con mis papás que ya son mayores y un niño , todo me pareció excelente y su ubicación ,100% recomendado

Los cambios en ocasiones no son lo mejor, con mejoras todo es posible.

La ubicación es perfecta por eso siempre procuramos llegar a éste hotel. El espacio en los cuartos es perfecta. El hotel en instalaciones es precioso.

Siempre que vamos pedimos las habitaciones del fondo pero tenía 3 años que no íbamos y nos encontramos que pusieron restaurante al fondo y ya no descansas bien desde las 7 u 8 am que entran los empleados hay ruido y descansar menos porque termina la música hasta las 11 pm pero todo el tiempo está la música y ruidos de platos, voces, etc. En fin de semana hasta cantante hay así que olvídate de descansar. NO VUELVO A ESTAR AHÍ, TAMBIEN ME DEJARON UNA TOALLA ROTA LITERAL ROTA, NO UN HOYO , ROTA . Es una lástima porque nos gustaba mucho.

En la habitación que nos tocó había una tina de baño muy alta y se le complicó a mi mamá. Solo tomarlo en cuenta dependiendo el huésped.

Nos gustó la ubicación del hotel, el personal de recepción es muy amable, muy bien decorada la planta baja

Las habitaciones están bastante descuidadas,no hay ninguna amenidad, las toallas, escasas, pequeñas, y percudidas, sin tapete para el baño o para la cama, el aire acondicionado no nos dejó dormir, tuvimos que apagarlo, no dan ni agua para tomar, la Limpieza bastante deficiente

Bella struttura

Bellissimo palazzo storico al centro della città, posizione fantastica, perfetta per girare e esplorare. La camera King è molto grande ed facile muoversi dentro sopratutto con valigie grandi. Staff ospitale e cordiale.

La camera aveva bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione.
