Nice location and staff, I would come back.

The room was nice and the location is perfect. The staff was also friendly.

The biggest disadvantage of my room was the noise isolation. Because of the wooden ceiling/floors and the room located directly above mine, I could hear every step the neighbors took. It was quite loud and made it impossible to sleep late in the mornings since the walking overhead woke me up. Also, be aware that there is no elevator. This can be a challenge if you have heavy luggage. However, I have to give a huge thank you to the staff, they were kind enough to help me carry my large suitcase up the stairs, which I really appreciated.

Friendly owners and large room in the middle of everything going on

Lovely, small hotel with terrace. Daily room cleaning offered. Everywhere walkable. Large room with lots of space for clothes, luggage etc. Good WiFi

Fridge in the room or in common area would be useful As the location is so central there is outside noise but I didn't find it a problem

The place is nice and reasonably priced. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is amazing. We walked everywhere from there. There are lots to do around the hotel. There are lots of restaurants, markets, stores and plazas just blocks away. We also took an Uber to places and it was not expensive since we were in the historic center.

They do not have a place just to hang out at the hotel. They do have a terrace in the second level which is nice and there is a nice view of the town. The problem is that the furniture there is all metal which makes it a little uncomfortable. They need to make an investment and have better and more comfortable furniture there.

Location in center of town so walk-able to places I wanted to visit. Staff was very friendly and offered suggestions places to eat. Easy to access the building and room.

Club half block away was very loud Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night until 2am.

Exceptional service, perfect location and large clean room

For the price of the room, cleanliness and location were exceptional and all the help I received from the staff was invaluable as I had just arrived in Mexico and do not speak any Spanish. As solo female traveler I was so well taken care of.

Heartwarming cozy boutique room with many books

Staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciate that I felt relaxed during my stay in Querétaro with heartwarming hospitality.

It was a little bit difficult for me to find the entrance, maybe I arrived in Querétaro late in the evening.

Great location with very nice staff.

For me hotel Damiana is all about the owners. Super friendly and always available for any request. The excelent location also played a huge role in my good experience.

Room was a bit smaller than I was expecting and didn't ressembled much like the promo pics. Also the hot water took a long time to arrive and the steps on the upper room were a bit loud. Not a big problem for me because I'm a heavy sleeper but anyways a little more isolation wouldn't hurt. Finally the fact that we need to ring at the door at night makes us feel a little bad about coming back late because we'll have to wake someone up to open the door.

Too short!

Very well located, right in the centre of the historic centre. The place was very clean, with well appointed rooms and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was outstanding, and went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay.

A small fridge in the room would have been nice.

wonderful stay in the central area of the city

Me and friend enjoyed the stay in this property. The hotel is in very central of the old city and very easy to walk around. The host is super nice and very helpful. Would recommend this place for a short stay.

there were a lot of stairs but they helped us with luggage so that was great. we are older so it’s an 8pm act.wifi only worked for one of us. I don’t know why.

location, comfort, good showers, clean, very nice staff. rooms are well designed with good lighting (warm instead of bright white).

codes are used to enter the rooms which is fine however contacting the staff to enter and leave the building after hours is awkward and inconvenient. providing a key to the front door or installing a key code lock would be much better.

Nice staff but a fraudulent listing ...beware

Needed room prior to check in for online work but it was not available so arrangements were made prior to arrival to work in the terrace until 3p.m . Upon arrival, they placed us in a downgrade room. Heat, heat, heat. There was no air conditioning even though a/c was advertised. There were 2 plug-in fans with one broken. I called Booking.com and it was only then that they moved us to the room we originally paid for. Still no a/c. but a swamp cooler.

Carpet is very dirty. If you are staying here, bring socks. They also falsely advertised terrace view and feather pillows. I had Booking.com remove this from the listing. If you have mobility issues, the stairs will be a problem. There are 3 flights of stairs with the last being of glass. These are 14 inches wide and a huge risk when carrying luggage. My vehicle was parked in the nearest underground parking station at $15 dollars a day. It is far and difficult with luggage. My vehicle was damaged with mold and mildew that fell from the ceiling parking roof. This extra effort and cost is not worth staying in Damiana.

Perfect hotel in Querétaro

The location was perfect. The place is well decorated. The staff is exceptional. Tee and coffee available all day. Balcony available for all guests. Great price when sharing.

Rooms/bathroom need more hangers. Hair dryer kept falling.

Hotel in the center

The hotel was in the center of town near the local "tianguis" and many bars and restaurants. The room was comfortable and cleaned. The staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately, there are a number of night clubs in the area. Some of the sound from the clubs came in through the bathroom, but with the bathroom door closed, we couldn't hear any sound. Unfortunately, there was no exterior window for our room, so the room was a little stuffy at night.

The staff speak english .. They are very friendly, ready to help ! The room has windows, so it was nice to enjoy fresh air … Clean, good position hotel… Coffee and tee, water …

Staff was great, room was super clean and nicely decorated. Location doesn't get much better!

Rooms do not have a window to the outside, only to the hallway, which made our room unbearably hot. At night, the staff closed all windows in the hallway, so there was no airflow, with the exception of a fan. So hot and uncomfortable!

This “hotel boutique “ is over rated. The reason we chose to stay in this hotel was because it was a 4 star. I would probably give it one. It doesn’t have a closet nor a dresser to put the clothes. We stayed at the beginning of March and the room was so hot, we could not sleep with the noise of the fan, we had to turn it off. Breakfast was very, very poor. In Mexico City we stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel, which is a four star hotel, what a difference!!!
