Balcony is great, comfortable bed, good location - next to the sea and the train station.
The shower is terrible. There are no good cutlery im the kitchen.

disappointed there was no air con and we were under the impression there was one available.

Furniture was run down. Could not access by car. Everything inside was old and run down.
