    I booked into the Upper Diagonal not having ever heard of them before. I was very pleased with the hotel at how big the rooms were, how clean it was and also the staff were very friendly but professional toward me. I would most definitely use this hotel again, and hopefully get to stay a little longer next time to enjoy the facilities more. 10/10

    Location is around 10 mins by foot from the nearest metro location. Embrace walking up a little hill to get there with bricked sidewalks making your arrival to the hotel stunningly hard while moving with a carry-on or wheeled bag. From the metro, it might take around 20-30 min ride to all the main attractions the city have to offer. You minimum have to take 2 trains to get you somewhere. When I got to the hotel, I was asked to hand a physical credit card to them. Who uses physical credit cards nowadays when we now only use the phone to pay? Seemed like the concierge would not released the key to my room unless I would give him at least a card number. I finally got the card number after an uncomfortable 10 mins wait of retrieving the information. I just think this is an outdated/old fashioned way to take payments, and the concierge didnt seem to care/mind with his low empathetic attitude. I will not stay there again.
