Very good, some improvements would make it excellent (especially for skiers)

Vicinity to the ski area Gerlitzen, nice view to the castle. Good reception and response from the host. Beds were comfortable; TV in each room. Apartment is modern and functional.

The apartment is not so well equipped for skiers - there were no radiators in the apartment, only floor heating; ski room was not operational at the time we were there (but that was not a problem for us); no boot drier (but that was not in the description of the app. either). A kitchen could have had more utensils. Toilet and bathroom are in one space which is a bit problem when there are 5 adults in one apartment for few days.

Everything was super clean and tidy. Parking in front, beautiful nature around…the location for me was super convenient for its accessibility to highway. The hosts were so nice and generous. My dog got full plate of prosciutto as welcome snack. I have booked one and a half hours before arrival in the evening and everything was ready and without any issues. Super quick check in.

Super property, great owners and perfect location

The owners are lovely, I drove back from Croatia and needed a stop off. I had a rescue dog with me who was super nervous and the owners were amazing. Super kind. The rooms are spacious and super clean. A great place to stay. Breakfast is great

Very good overall impression. Nice quiet location in the village, very close to the castle and monkeys show. Spacious and comfortable apartment, can accommodate big family. On-site parking suitable for any car.

Steep chairs to the attic where 3-beds bedroom is located. A bit difficult to use by small kids. No sofa (there’s a dining room, but not a proper living room - but it’s a minor inconvenience balanced by the amount of space in bedrooms) Checkout feels a bit like an exam - on what state you have left the room in ;) although there aren’t really any problems with it.

rural location with beautiful views. close to motorway route. studio room had big bedroom, kitchen with all necessary basics and eating area.

nothing really. ideal stopover. one point, if you are travelling with a camper or van, then park on lower grass area next to road. not in the top carpark reserved for cars.

Quiet, reasonably priced acommodation for discovering Villach and its surroundings

Location of the accommodation is great in the sense of tranquility and as the starting point. Technically it is in the suburbs of the town Villach but it is more like contryside. It is in proximity of the castle Landskron which is a pleasant walk away. I have to mention simple but very delicious breakfast. Scrambled eggs really impressed us.

The only minor thing is that my partner wasn't so happy with roof window shades because there was not option to block the light from the outiside.

Lovely property with a bit more though would be a great location to stay for longer than one night

Peaceful , spotless clean and fresh.

No complimentary tea bags or milk. Had to go and find a shop open so we could have a hot drink. This wasn’t easy as it was Easter Saturday and the whole area had closed for the weekend

The female person who worked in the restaurant and who also performed the receptionist job was kind and pleasant. The accommodation unit was large and clean.

The bed was large but uncomfortable, the tap in the shower cabin was faulty. The pictures shown on the site give the impression of a large green area within the accommodation facility, which mainly decided us to choose this facility because of the pet we had with us, and in the end it turned out that his movement around the facility's yard was strictly limited which the owner of the building very unkindly warned us about.

Excellent stay in wonderful room in very friendly hotel.

Quirky small family run hotel, but extremely nice people and excellent huge room, including large sofa, good sized kitchenette (including cooker, fridge and dishwasher) and balcony. All kitchen utensils also provided. Very comfortable . Good location for motorway and nice views, including of schloss at top of nearby mountain. Very good value for money and would highly recommend it.

In first floor “apartment” and no lift, so didn’t bother taking large suitcases from car to the room. Only stayed one night so not significant.

Check-in was difficult as we did not catch the information that no check-in on Thursday evening, even though we indicated the arrival time before. Also, the location is not the best when you are on the Drauradweg by bike. ( uphill...)

Apartment was occupied when we arrived

When we arrived there, they said that our apartment wasn't available and that "Booking made a mistake".They offered to us alternative apartment, and old and non adapted for renting. We have decided not to stay so we left and for sure we will not coming back. The Booking customer support just put us on wait without being able to help. We were on hold for....30 minutes. Very disappointed experience.
