The property is only a mile off the A140 in a virtual straight line so a doddle to get to. Very comfortable and clean.

The cottage is situated in the heart of rural Norfolk and is very peaceful, which we both thoroughly enjoyed. The hosts were very attentive and friendly, we shall most certainly be visiting again.

Good location, quiet , would have loved to explore the area but only had limited time .

It was hot , but no fans for room , maybe a ceiling fan or portable would have been a good addition to what was a near perfect stay , we didn't ask for one ..but they may have been available.... as our hosts pearl and Owen were very friendly, A very lovely short break , thank you .

Brilliant!

We had a super stay with Pearl and Owen. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and well equipped with tea / coffee and soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. There was a small fridge in the bedroom and milk available for tea on our arrival. The cottage has a beautiful outlook and surroundings and it was a very relaxing place to be for the weekend. Last but not least, breakfast was delicious and Pearl is a lovely and generous host.

Great B&B I would definitely recommend staying here.

The host was friendly and breakfast was extremely good. The room was clean and well appointed bathroom also clean. The location is quiet with good views of the local countryside.

If I had to find a negative the stairs to the room were narrow.

Lovely location, but overpriced considering mediocre breakfast and lack of comfort regarding cold.

Location was wonderful. Bed was excellent. Breakfast was mediocre.

The room, from around 9pm or so, became unbearably cold. This cast a shadow over the whole experience, as my wife gets cold at night at the best of times. I usually don't get cold, but on that night, it was pretty bitterly cold in the room.

Lovely quiet location close to Norwich, with two pubs in walking distance. Comfortable and nicely decorated room with a good-sized bathroom. Delicious home-cooked breakfast and friendly owners.

Very enjoyable. A proper farmhouse B&B. I would definitely recommend this place.

Situated in a beautiful and very peaceful location. Great, friendly hosts (including the two dogs). I was made very welcome. I wanted to go for a walk so Pearl very kindly drew me a map. Lovely to have a bath towel big enough to cover everything (you don't get that with large hotel chains!) and some very lovely smelling toiletries provided. I loved the chicken themed crockery and table mats! Very tasty full English breakfast. I only sat briefly in the garden but someone obviously works very hard to maintain it as it was very pretty and in full bloom.

My only niggle (and it really was a small one) was that the mattress was a little firm and as I have quite a lot of hip pain that made it a little uncomfortable, however, once I was asleep it didn't stop me staying asleep. Others without hip issues would probably find it fine.
