Beautiful property. The pool area was a highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the restaurant on site, the food was delicious and they were knowledgeable about catering for a celiac guest.

The cottage, the trails, the Spa, the environment and the restaurant. We loves it all! The personal was excellent. We liked especially Afonso and Ricardo? in the reception, Milena at the breakfast service and Luísa who serves us during dinner! The good was really fantastic.

We liked our room a lot. Some improvements will definitely help for an even better stay, for instance, hangers in the area of the bathroom for the towels, a bin in the living room area, as there was only one bin in a 2-level room, one bin at the bathroom only. The food at the restaurant needs improvement; the meat wasn't good. The breakfast as well was a bit poor for my taste. Otherwise, the whole hotel in general has an amazing aesthetic and is very clean.
The waiters unfortunately didn't know English at all so it was very difficult to order and to understand each other. The food as i mentioned above.

Beautiful grounds, great scenery.
Service was poor, room was not to a standard of a 4 star hotel. Pool could be cleaner.
