O hotel é incrível, bem decorado e tudo em harmonia, a vista e o sossego são de cortar a respiração mas o que faz este alojamento são as pessoas que lá trabalham. Queremos agradecer muito à Sara, à Tânia, à Esperança e à Inês pela simplicidade e simpatia. Levamos a nossa cadelinha connosco e foi tão ou melhor tratada que nós. Por muito bom que seja o alojamento, elas fizeram destes dias toda uma experiência.
Queria só reforçar que foi, de longe, o melhor hotel petfriendly em já estivemos, com condições para receber os patudos e eles são bem-vindos em todos os espaços, sem limitações coisa que normalmente não acontece.
Queremos muito agradecer todas as sugestões e o cuidado.
Queremos muito voltar.

A decoração e a vista panorâmica do rio Douro;
Gostaríamos que o pequeno almoço fosse com produtos regionais (pão; queijo;enchidos;fruta e os sumos naturais); e que a ementa do jantar/almoco tivesse os pratos regionais. E salientar que a limpeza do quarto deveria incluir a toillete. A referir que os animais de estimação não deveriam estar na zona da piscina ( a lamber as água).
