Lovely ryokan. Food was excellent!
No lift but the staff were very helpful in helping to carry out luggage up and down the stairs.

The hotel is in a great location right next to the shrine, close to the station, rope way and walk across the sand bar. Food was excellent as was the service. We booked 2 rooms and the room with the outside seating was spacious and lovely. The second room had a great view but had quite a small bathroom and was more cosy. Even though the weather was 50:50 we really enjoyed our stay here.

Facilities are great. Staff are professional & fluent in English.
Meal are unexpected simple comparing to the room charge. Onsen is small & no cold water & sauna

We had a fairly large room with a great view of the bridge and water. The onsen was really nice and the meals were amazing! The team there was very helpful and accomodating.
The beds, which is the room type I picked on purpose, were not very comfortable. And the room had no where to hang a towel or put your clothes.
