Staff who served us is very courteous and kind.
The only thing not good for us is rainy and windy weather. Other than that, everything we experienced was more than excellent!

食器が素晴らしかった。
最初は座敷机であったが、椅子席に変えていただき、1歳の子供用の高椅子も用意していただいた。
家具に傷みもあり、障子の張替跡も今一だった。

平日だったので空いていたのか広い部屋を用意してくださっていたみたいで嬉しかったです！旅館から街の方まで送迎を出してくれたのですごく助かりました。温泉も金泉と銀泉の両方を楽しめ、露天風呂も開放的ですごく良かったです！あと最初に出してもらったお茶が美味しすぎてびっくりしました。
これは自分達が悪い所もあるのですが朝布団を片付けに来るのに従業員さんが鍵を開けて入ってきたのでびっくりしました笑インターホン的なものがあると安心かな？と思いました笑
