Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The suite we had is spacious. The Kinsen ("gold water") really moisturizing skin and keep skin smooth.
The dinner is good but not excellent. The breakfast was better than other onsens we stayed before.

The best part is the Kaiseki dining experience, scrumptious with a very authentic grills and preparation. Yumz!
There are only two private onsen rooms, no need to book. We were unsure about cleanliness and hygiene as they were high usage.
Not sound proof with its wood structure, floorings, and suspicious on the privacy with the position of the toilet in the room that has windows screen along the corridor. Reconsider if you are light sleeper.
