The place is clean, well-designed, with two hot springs (each has both an indoor and outdoor bath), there’s wifi and parking, friendly, helpful and polite staff and great value for money. 24-hour convenience store and cafes nearby as well as a bus and train station
There’s only one thing I can mention that can be improved: when a customer who has breakfast only paid arrives after a very long journey, it would be nice if the hotel could make dinner if the customer is willing to pay. Other than that, everything was excellent

トイレがウォシュレットでは無かった。 全ての客室は無理でも、せめてフロアに一箇所はウォシュレットにしていただきたい。

Staff we're so very lovely! The breakfast was great and the onsens we're nice.
Yukata was too small, event when i went to ask for an XL it was too small - im only a UK size 16-18.
