La struttura bellissima, una finezza degli arredi mai vista, personale gentilissimo e scrupoloso, colazione buona.
Gestione dello spazio onsen poco sfruttabile come orari, purtroppo la cena non ha incontrato il nostro gusto.

From the location, the welcoming, professional staff to the high end finishes across the property, the attention to detail, the in-room onsen and public onsen experience which can be privatised and the quality of the food, room, beds, the grounds and close proximity to the shops in town. Basically everything.
Dinner reservations need to be made 3 days prior to the stay which I missed. It would be good to have a reminder for booking meals with the booking.

the private onsen experience was good. the food was good but not kid friendly. I would have loved to have had some more flexibility in the food provided so we could have all enjoyed it
there is a conveyer belt type system to go down to the rooms and our sons foot got caught in the belt and we had to use the emergency shutoff and carefully get his foot out. his shoe was completely destroyed and it was an extremely scary experience. the staff was helpful at the time it happened, but this conveyer belt system should be removed as it seemed extremely dangerous. We felt very lucky he did not get severely injured.
