The service was very good. All the staffs were very helpful and welcoming. Specially thanks to the two Chinese staffs who helped us a lot before and during our stay. We had a very pleasant vacation.

1) smelly toilet 2) set time limit for the mini bar lounge and urge guests to leave 3) dishonest behavior —> charged me 16000 yen for my stay without say sorry at the time I found it’s wrong
